I was hoping for better customer service. Sitting behind the desk and pointing things out is not helpful especially if I don't understand the terms you are using or what you are pointing to. Lost a customer.

Ever since Chance left, customer service sucks with the new guy. Every time I shop , he has an attitude, negative attitude to be exact. When I see him interact with others he interactions is way different much more pleasant. And when I ask questions or try to talk he closes himself. This is not the first time I've had a Bad experience with Rocks. Your customer service needs improvement. Especially the guy on the Pat Booker store he sucks and more training.

They got a 4 star ⭐️ because I wasn’t greeted, and couldn’t use the bathroom. Most people serious about fitness drink a gallon of water ? a day. Once they acknowledge you it’s amazing due to the knowledge they have, outstanding! By the time I leave I’m smiling. I go once a month for my weigh ins, they never push products I don’t need! ! ?️?

Just left Rocks on Pat Booker and Justin is always so kind and helpful. There was an older gentleman in the store with lots of questions and Justin made sure i was taken care of while also assisting the new customer. 5⭐️ for the staff at this location

Wish Big Ben was here like before. This car salesman that wouldn't back off is really annoying. Told him three times I'm looking and insisted on trying to sell me everything I don't want or need. I've been going to Rock's since they first came to SA and first time I've ever been disappointed.
