Be careful with this business. I suggest everyone repairing their vehicle here to check their spare tire and open up their hood and check everything. They are eager to get you out the door by presenting the car being cleaned up on the outside. My vehicle’s undercarriage engine cover and side panel were missing all the clips and started dragging the next day. Open up the hood to do oil change the harness came loose and see the wire harness outside of the hood they just closed. Hope no one gives them any business.

My car was hit by a 4x4 monster truck, so there was quite a bit of damage on the driver's side. Donovan, the service manager, was very professional from the time we dropped it off to the time we finally took it home. There were a few issues with the paint but he did his best to resolve them. It does take about 4 weeks these days for any major auto repairs but received weekly update texts. I hope I don't have use them again but if I did, I would give Donovan a call.Services: Painting

The repairs have held up so far but the customer service was poor. I received a text on a Friday afternoon that my vehicle was ready. I replied that my wife and son would stop by Saturday to pick up our vehicle. I received a text saying great have a nice weekend. My wife arrived Saturday forty five minutes before they closed and was told our car was locked up in one of the bays and nobody was there to unlock the doors. Instead of calling a manager to the location to open the bay, the receptionist told my wife there was nothing she could do to help us. Very dissatisfied with their lack of customer service and will not be doing business with Service King in future.

My vehicle was hit and damaged the rear drivers side. I have used Service King in the past, but this location was new for me. I loved that the rental company was right next door and made it easy. Service King kept me informed weekly on the progress of my vehicle and had it done a week earlier than expected. I will continue to use them for their great service and exceptional customer service.Services: Painting

Donathan and the team at Service King take Customer Satisfaction to another level. I was greeted warmly upon entering, the olace was clean, organized, and well maintained, the waiting area had coffee, restroom was super clean.Donathan really listened to what I was looking for and came up with a plan that saved me so much time and money over alternatives. I previously wrote a review on this location that was not even 1 star worthy. I would like to take this opportunity to write an amazing review to say how very impressed I am with the manager Donathan Hall. I had my car repaired at this location back in November/December and my car was not repaired properly. I had tried to get this issue resolved with the previous manager (Jevhon) and the customer service was absolutely terrible. She would never respond to calls or emails and when she finally had my car back in for service it was returned and not fixed AGAIN. I battled this with her for months on end and finally learned that she no longer worked at this location. When I asked to speak to the new manager Donathan he immediately responded. He was apologetic for this terrible experience and wanted to correct the situation. He worked with MY schedule and the issue with my car is now fixed in a matter of weeks. He communicated with me about every step along the way. He is a class act!! I am a nurse and a Veteran and customer "service" is everything to me! It is sad that any pride in customer service is almost lost nowadays. Donathan went above and beyond to fix an issue he did not create. He obviously takes so much pride in what he does! I would like you to know you made a wonderful choice in a manager for your company!! I have thanked him personally but I wanted him to also be recognized by his peers and his management team. Thank you Donathan! Never stop taking pride in what you do!!!

I had my vehicle serviced here to have my drive door repaired and replaced. When I picked up my vehicle I had noticed that the electrical wires that are mounted to the body of the car from the drivers door was just hanging out. I brought it to the shops attention and they took it back to apply more adhesive to it in hopes it would stay. I was then told that they promise lifetime warranty on their work and if it happened again to call the shop and they would order a different adhesive to use. Well it happened again a day later and I then called the shop and was told that the technicians were not in yet but would call me back. That day came and went with no call back I called the next day again I was promised they same thing with no phone call back. I then the next day took the car into the shop and requested to see a technician about this issue and was told they were not in yet and there was nothing they could or would do for me. At this point I have yet to still receive a phone call back and getting this issue resolved and took the car back once again and was told yet again that they didn't have anyone who could look at my car to check the issue. I then told the women up front that I was very disappointed in the customer service that I was receiving and was simply give a response of oh well sorry to hear that. I would never recommend this shop to anyone and will never do business with them again.

Set up an appointment at this location weeks in advance and got called 15 minutes beforehand as I was pulling up that they would be canceling my appointment . When I asked why they told me they didn’t accept my insurance and that they wouldn’t take payments in cash when I offered to do it that way. The person on the line was unprofessional and seemed not to care that I lost a day of work due to their lack of customer service and attention to detail.Service: Body & Trim

Nicci is the most amazing individual you could ever meet, and she brought a lot of anxiety reliving confidence to the table. I admire her honesty and integrity when I had to drop of my obvious wrecked total loss Camry. Glenda and Camron assisted with all of my additional question about my property and the options I may have. Instead of hiring a car wreck injury attorney I'd recommend talking to Nicci. Educated, and knowledgeable, I was blessed to have her to assist with additional questions you truly can't think to ask at the accident IRL! Allstate May have taken 4 months to get me into a repair shop because their driver ran over my car, and Progressive May have been so useless I switched to Geico, but I will always be a loyal Service King customer with all my auto repairs now.
