It seems clean enough but the price keeps going up so much I’m trying to get it emptied out so I can stop paying $200/month for my small space, nearly $60 more than when I started there. Also when I chose this place I could access my stuff 24/7, then I had to wait until 0630 to get in, & now it’s 0830 which is ridiculous. There are so many others offering storage so it might be better to shop around.

Let me give you an updated review and not one from years ago. Yes the facility is clean, staff are nice, and there are cameras. BUT, what no one tells you is, they start you out at one price and then that price starts to creep up. We started out at $160something a few years ago and ended paying $200. I also noticed on their website that they offer the exact same unit for $163 and was told that that is a move in special. Well if it’s a special, why didn’t our price go down for that amount of time? Luckily I have all of the bank statements from when we first started here until now. Do some research before renting here. They claim that the “military discount” is not having to pay the administrative fees. My personal opinion is, they take advantage of all of the military and jack the prices when they want to because they know that they can. Shop around!! You can find way better prices for the exact same, safe units. I highly recommend not renting from here. Their office staff turnover rate isn’t the greatest either.
