“I've been a regular customer here since 2014. This is the only place I've brought my BMWs and Lexus. They've even worked on my Nissan truck. Bottom line: This is a respectable business that does good work that is warrantied. They even offer military discounts. They tell it like it is and try to save you money. Very highly recommend!”

“So we needed help with car issues and took it to a reputable dealer that we thought has been around quite a while. How refreshing to find this knowledgeable and kind family man owns this place! He was able to get us a used transmission, install it, assist with helping add a catalytic converter, and this man cleaned our car seats that were unable to be cleaned by this old girl who tried many times (being a used car) So I took his card and just had to brag about his kindness and knowledge and I shared my favorite realtor with this dog lover (we are too) Nice to know they do other things than just transmissions. So Jon, just for the record, if you ever read this: my husband is ecstatic over how smooth our car drives now! I can’t thank you enough!!”

“I have an old car (1990) with over 180,000 miles. Victory Lane Automotive has been taking care of my vehicle for almost two years. The mechanics provided top-notch service and completed a thorough vehicle inspection. They found major issues that needed immediate attention to make my car run smoothly. Matt, Janell and Tasha always kept in touch with me through professional and courteous communication. I have lived in four states in 20 years, and this shop was able to fix everything that needed to be done from the suspension, timing belt, distributor, alternator, starter, gear box, and fuel sensors to that pesky 3rd brake light that had not worked for YEARS: They fixed my brake light, something that other auto shops didn't even want to complete. This shop goes beyond excellence in customer service. The loaner vehicle option is a lifesaver and allows me to take care of my appointments during the week, and the courtesy shuttle is efficient. I will continue to get my car serviced at Victory Lane Automotive. Thank you!Services: Steering & suspension repair”

“Couldn't have had a better experience, Jeff took care of everything I needed when I had to take my truck in for rear axle work. I called many other shops but very glad I brought it here. I will definitely be back and recommend this shop to anyone needing transmission or axle work.”

“I've posted this same review on Yelp, so most of this is a copy/paste. I hardly ever review places unless I have an absolutely terrible experience, or an absolutely terrific one. Having a few plumbing issues fixed by SA Specialties was a great experience and I'm happy to have found a go-to plumbing service.Called them a couple days before I wanted work done, woman on the phone was very courteous and clear with pricing, scheduling, etc.I wanted the washing machine drain cleared and the cold water faucet to the washing machine replaced in the utility room. She quoted me a price over the phone and I was told technicians would arrive somewhere between 11-3.Eddie and Tony arrived a few minutes before 11, fixed the issue promptly and gave me some advice on washing machine hook ups. They were both very professional, fast and while there was some confusion over the price at first, Eddie called the dispatcher and she verified the quote that was given to me. He honored that price and I didn't pay a penny more.I used to use the plumbing services of J.L. Hearn, who was purchased by SA Specialties. Jerry Hearn serviced our office for a few years and we came to trust him and his workers. I was skeptical that the same solid service would transfer after SA Specialties bought Mr. Hearn out. I'm glad to see that it did.”
