“My 1962 Chevy C10 was beginning to have more and more play on its steering. Its a challenge to find anyone with enough experience to work on a 60+ year old pickup - but had heard and read good reviews about Earnie's Automotive so drove by to discuss what I wanted done - install new manual steering gear box, and entire steering links from inner and outer tie rods, adjustment sleeves and the pitman and idler arms - they quoted me a great price and said it would take about 2 days - on day 2 I got a phone call because the coupler would need to be replaced as well but the removal would add about another hour of labor because it was riveted on and thus would need to be cut off - as discussed, I got a call on day 2 that my truck was ready - I went to pick up my truck and the job they completed was beyond my expectations! My steering is straight and true and my truck drives as if it just stepped out of a new showroom despite it looking every bit of 60+ years old - it drives awesome!!! I am beyond happy and satisfied with the work they performed and completed. Mark and Charlie went above and beyond to ensure that the parts were put on correctly and that my truck is as safe as it was the first day it came out of the showroom. They also added grease fittings to other areas where I had had another garage do some work but they had placed the grease fittings on some weird areas and angles where it would be difficult to add grease - and hadn't so my upper and lower ball joints were running dry...great guys - truly appreciate the attention to detail as well as the expertise they work with to make my truck drive awesome - highly recommend Mark and Charlie and Ernie's Automotive for all your auto repair and maintenance needs.”
“If I could give this place a million stars I would. As a female, it is so important to find honest and upfront service. This place found and fixed the root of my suspension rattling within the first hour. I had previously taken and spent money at two different shops and my car still sounded like an amusement park ride. This went on for a year so when I tell you how grateful I am for the smooth, noiseless drive, I mean it. Not only that, when I first found this place, I didn’t have time to have them work on it the first time bc my family member was in the hospital and I had to drive 200 miles. “Transmission failure is an expensive nightmare. Industry labor rates are high now and all shops mark up their parts costs to some degree, just to pay their bills and remain viable...but there is markup and their is MARKUP. Richard's price was suitable but not excessive. He clearly explained what should happen with my transmission replacement, before patiently answering all of my questions. His Service Writer, Katherine, kept me updated on the progress. Though I hope I don't need any service soon, I will be a repeat customer at this shop.”

“This Take 5 location is always very quick and I feel like they care about my cars. I trust them with my rare low mileage vehicle and my three other daily drivers. The prices are fair and you can schedule ahead of time to skip a potential line if you needed to get an oil change on your lunch break for example.”

They're always quick considering the amount of traffic they get. Their work is the reliable. I recommend this place whenever anyone is needing an oil change.
