Just picked up my husband's clothes and the whole shop stunk like cigarettes! Why would the lady in the back be smoking a damn cigarette inside the shop knowing that there are other people's clothes around and potentially tainting them with cigarette smoke? Absolutely disgusting.

This place does anyone great job of searching my clothes but the prices are quickly getting 2ay out of hand. Their prices have doubled in just the last few years.

What a joke. I took a uniform there to get dry cleaned. It was new and this was the second time being cleaned. The stripes on the sleeves were a whole 2.5 inches off from where they should be and the pants were an inch off when they pressed them. The whole day I had on pants leg creased in towards my crotch. I took them back after work and first he gave me a hard time because I took the tags off. I said I had to work and didn’t have a choice. I took pictures, re-pressed the shirt and went to work. Then after arguing with me he finally agreed to correct them. He kept blaming it on the previous crease and maybe the pants being manufactured wrong. All crazy because when I dropped them both off the creases were perfect. Also, how does that explain the shirt? I checked the stripes and they couldn’t have been sewn on any more perfect. It was clearly somebody having a bad day and being sloppy.
Anyway, got the pants back and of course they are double creased. Not even worth going back and arguing with him. $80 wasted and now I need to go buy new pants again. Avoid the place that if you respect the uniform.

I had a sudden death in the family and had to buy a pair of pants and a shirt. I ran into the store not knowing if they’d be able to have them ready first thing Monday morning (today being Saturday).
I explained my situation to Tony and he was extremely understanding and helpful. He assured me that despite the lack of time he’d have me ready first thing Monday.
This may seem like no big deal but I do appreciate his willingness to help and understanding of my urgent situation. With my mom passing away this simple act is a huge deal given the circumstances.
