Wish I could do 0 stars.Edit:Don't put people's vehicles on the internet. A lousy excuse. The wish for 0 stars is your lack of communication on price. Nothing was disclosed to me prior. Around $250 for "diagnostic" anyone could tell it was the battery and I fully disclosed my situation. No care and a major lack in compassion.

I have an old car (1990) with over 180,000 miles. Victory Lane Automotive has been taking care of my vehicle for almost two years. The mechanics provided top-notch service and completed a thorough vehicle inspection. They found major issues that needed immediate attention to make my car run smoothly. Matt, Janell and Tasha always kept in touch with me through professional and courteous communication. I have lived in four states in 20 years, and this shop was able to fix everything that needed to be done from the suspension, timing belt, distributor, alternator, starter, gear box, and fuel sensors to that pesky 3rd brake light that had not worked for YEARS: They fixed my brake light, something that other auto shops didn't even want to complete. This shop goes beyond excellence in customer service. The loaner vehicle option is a lifesaver and allows me to take care of my appointments during the week, and the courtesy shuttle is efficient. I will continue to get my car serviced at Victory Lane Automotive. Thank you!Services: Steering & suspension repair

I've been going to Victory Lane for a few years now and I really don't see myself going anywhere else for my car needs. As someone who is not very knowledgeable about cars or vehicle maintenance, I feel that I can trust the people at Victory Lane to be honest and not take advantage of my ignorance. They always take the time to answer all my questions, thoroughly explains things, and educate me on my vehicle. On top of that, they're just super nice and friendly and always remember my name. My car has officially exceeded 100k miles and Victory Lane has helped me keep it in good condition. I highly recommend going to them for your vehicle servicing.

Great experience!Tasha on the front end, Rafael in the shop and Matt the manager were all great. They were professional and you can tell they operate their business with integrity. I had a lot of questions and Matt took the time to answer them and provide guidance on how to proceed with repairs as we intend to replace this car in the next few months. The crankshaft pulley on my car imploded and they were able to get the car turned around to me within a day. Great experience and would recommend Victory Automotive for auto mechanic needs. Thanks y’all for taking care of us!

Very communicative about my AC issue, and they ended up discovering a different underlying issue and saving me about $1k on my original quote with a fast turnaround. Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this price gouging group of rip off artists, with a bad attitude and terrible customer service. My wife had been taking her car there for almost 3 years and I had never gotten involved until they called me this time to get approval for a repair. The "tough girl" manager bit my head off when I dared to question why they were trying to charge my wife almost triple what the job should cost (twice what the dealer subsequently quoted). It makes me sick to think about how many hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars we've been scammed out of over the years...my wife was trying to support a local business and they repay her by ripping her off. This place needs to be put out of business or get new ownership!

Mechanics are very honest. I thought I was have issues with my front end of my truck so I took it in. After looking it over, instead of making up a list of expensive parts like some do, they told me there was nothing wrong with my suspension and that I needed to have my tires looked at (don’t buy cheap tires). They just charged me a diagnostic fee and sent me on my way. I will definitely come back to them and recommend them to others.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had already taken my SUV to 2 other shops before Victory Lane. My A/C wasn't working, blowing HOT air. The other shops replaced the compressor TWICE (once by each shop). They also said they found a refrigerant leak and fixed it. To find the leak you have to drain the system, add dye and look for the dye under UV. Victory Lane did the same thing however they actually found the leak and fixed it. The AC is back to blowing cold.I also appreciate that they work with the extended warranty companies. This car is a new-to-me, used SUV... only a 2018, so for the AC to not be working is unacceptable. Thanks Victory Lane!

Janell, Tommy and technicians provided the best customer service I could ever dream! My jeep needed a ton of work for my 100,000 mile tune up and quickly prioritized what they recommended without the peer pressure. They were honest, kind and even offered a courtesy ride home and back! The icing on the cake was finally getting rid of the squeak in my clutch that I had since buying my vehicle. My jeep feels brand new again. Victory Lane Automotive is my forever family mechanic!

Called and made an appointment for an oil change on the phone. Explained I had a work call at a certain time. I was assured the service would not take long. Arrived at the appointed time, conversed again with the desk person that I had a time restriction. My car was taken back and put up on a rack. I waited 30 minutes and was told they were still doing an inspection. After more time, I was told they were draining the old oil. After an hour when I asked how much longer. I was asked if I had read the inspection report. I said no, and would read it later, just needed the oil changed for today. They then proceded to tell me everything my car needed. I sooo understand they were trying to get more work from me. And I can appreciate that effort. BUT, I feel they kept my car hostage, and up on the rack, until I was late for work. I had to ask them to complete the work and get my car quickly. I asked for nothing else but an oil change in a reasonable amount of time. I felt pressured and as if I was not taking care of my vehicle as I should have. After careful thought and consideration, I will not be returning.Matt from Victory lane called and explained their procedures to me. I understand it took some time to do the inspection since I was a new customer. He also explained that they were busy at the time I was given an appointment, and apologized for the delay in providing services. Appreciate the fact that the establishment took time to investigate and call to explain.Service: Oil change

My first impression about victory lane was they are pricey! My last impression about victory lane is that they are dishonest and unprofessional. I left a ****** review about my experience which prompted the Manager to call me. It's noteworthy to mention that he didn't call from a recognizable number(work) nor did he leave a message. The manager claimed he wanted to \
