Terrible customer service, avoid this place at all costs

Contact less application, easy move in bliss, until I was moving out. During the move out process I had family help me move and unfortunately my family didn’t lock the storage back up for me once it was done (this was the one and only complaint they have contacted me for). But the fact that the front desk lady calls me to tell me rudely with no sense of customer service edict that I either need to move out or look it up, would understand if they had issues with me and I had made more than one mistake but that is untrue I never bothered them I was always on top of my payments. Never felt more disrespected in my life for something that was out of my control. Never again.

Locations are clean and secure, and rates are reasonable.

Great storage units of various sizes, secure with gate code that you get to pick, they inspect the units to make sure they are locked properly, excellent camera positions. I highly recommend affordable storage.

Terrible service. I Do NOT RECOMMEND! Rude manager! My lock code was changed without notice and she called my ex talking about “issues”. TERRIBLE.

The lady in the office is VERY RUDE for no reason at all. She doesn't care about Customer service and treating people with respect.. Not a good office personnel and makes the company look really bad. Kindness gets you alot further ❤ Will not recommend to anyone.

Connie Morales provided poor customer service she was rude and didn’t treat my parents with respect when explaining our situation to her she said it was “ not her problem “ and didn’t want to discuss anything with us just to take payment I never have ever experienced anything like this but I guess that is what you get when you are dealing with small town mentality people. She is a poor representation of this business.

The office manager is extremely rude. I called to get a quote and she was very short on the phone. My boyfriend went in to rent a unit and she changed the price that she quoted us. All the while she didn’t even look away from her computer. I’m not sure if they’re trying to get business or send people away.
