I had the BEST experience at the AT&T store in Uvalde. Veronica was very attentive in assisting all the customers that were in the store that day. Upgrading my phone was a SMOOTH process. I highly recommend going to this store if you are having an issues with a phone, wanting to pay your bill, or upgrading.

I traded in my iphone 12 for the new iphone 15 with the promo trade-in of $1,000 off the iphone 15......I ordered my new phone and this store kept my iphone 12 and RESOLD it........they did not send back to ATT corporate for my $1000 off. They gave me no paperwork the day I picked up my new phone and handed over my iphone 12. I HAVE FILED A THEFT CASE with the Uvalde Police Dept. This store keeps stalling and not giving details to UPD. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY STORE!! Only do business with a REAL CORPORATE ATT STORE.....

We walked into the store today (04/07/24) at approximately 3:30pm to upgrade our phone. There was one employee sitting with one family and two other families were waiting. We walked around the store expecting to find other employees but there were none. We were never greeted and that was not want to answer questions or help so we left.

I was helped immediately by Laura she was super helpful and helped me get a new phone and trade in my old one she was very friendly and chatted with me while I waited for everything to finish she helped me get the best deals and I left satisfied!

I had a terrible experience here today. Person seemed annoyed that he had to come from the back and he was wearing a hoody. Where is the professional dress and demeanor of these employees? I was given NO help to troubleshoot my issue. I was only given the $700-$900 price to buy a new phone. I took it to Angel Breeze and they did a thorough cleaning of the speakers (top and bottom) and it is working beautifully. Please AT&T address this issue before your name is ruined. Maybe that is why there was only one other person in the store at 1 pm today. And she appeared to be filing out an application. I did not get the memo to stay away from this location!
