“Outstanding customer service! We were camping in Concan when my truck broke down. After talking to several mechanics in the area who were either too busy or didn't work on diesels, Jaime told me if I could get the truck to him he would get on it the same day. The wrecker left the campground at 3:45 and Jaime had it fixed that evening. It's not like they weren't busy. Their shop was packed and he still took care of us to get us back on the road.”

“Thank you so much! Was able to get my windshield replaced within 2 days which I'm completely fine with.. I looked into a few top rated places I was told about, but seemed to be rushing me on the phone when I was trying to get as much info as I needed cuz this was my first time getting a windshield replacement and wanted to make sure I understood the process and total amount of payment and how long it would take. I was told to it would take a week just to get seen and a few more days till the glass gets delivered. Its my only vehicle at the moment so I couldn't wait a week or so. Eclipse was not only very affordable but had no issues getting the windshield by the next day and done by noon.. he had no problem walking me through his steps. After it was done he let me know what not to do for the next few days which I'm grateful for cuz im sure others shops will just give me my keys and to have a good day. I'm definitely keeping this place as my go to place.”

“I purchased my 2021 Ford Explorer Limited from Griffith Ford in Uvalde and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I called ahead about the vehicle I was interested in, and Maria made sure it was ready for me when we arrived around 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 22.
Douglas greeted us, showed me the Explorer, and had it ready for a test drive. After we returned, we began the paperwork, and the entire process went smoothly and much faster than I expected. Douglas was friendly, helpful, and made the experience comfortable without making me feel pressured.
Irene Porras in finance was also wonderful. She made the final paperwork quick and easy and clearly explained everything along the way.

The team worked efficiently, checked fluids, lights, and pressures, and provided clear documentation of what was done. Pricing came in noticeably lower than local shops or Discount Tire, and the nationwide road hazard warranty is a big plus for someone who drives rural roads. My only critique is that the paperwork incorrectly stated I declined a tire rotation and battery check, which wasn’t the case, and follow-up services like lug nut re-torque are left to the customer to remember rather than being scheduled.”
