This location is possibly the worst in the country. Basically, anything in Uvalde is garbage from every experience I've encountered in that town.

I've had items "lost" in the possession of FedEx before but, this is the first time I've had issues with the Uvalde, Tx FedEx location.
I was scheduled to receive a package yesterday, 12/06/2024, it never got delivered then, I noticed at 11:00pm that it was rescheduled for delivery for today, 12/07/2024. Again, it never showed and again they rescheduled delivery for Monday, 12/09/2024. We're two weeks away from Christmas and they are already dropping the ball! I can just imagine how many packages they will have to "reschedule" as we get closer to Christmas.
You're in the shipping business for God's sake! Act like it!

Drivers from this facility can never find anything here in Del Rio. Everything gets lost , delivered to the wrong place and definitely late everytime. It takes them all week to figure out a Rural address that comes up on GPS. Please FedEx hire some people that have enough smarts to read an address. Don’t even get started on how many times I found packages lying out on side of highway that weren’t even delivered to the house. Just left out by a fence line. Your customer service sucks and you should be embarrassed of the people you hire!

When I drop off a package, they respond quickly… one time after I dropped off my package and returned home, the customer said they couldn’t pay me for the shipment, so I jumped in the vehicle and headed back to town and my local FedEx was very helpful in getting the package back to me!

Voice assignment can't pick up the letters to my tracking so I can't report my missing package. FedEx is a scam as there is no way to get in contact with them. Thank u for stealing 400 $ of mine

I have never had issues with packages being delivered to my address but they can’t find the address and after talking to them 4 different times being told that they are about to deliver it on the 5 or 6 time they say they are sending it back to shipper after they assured me they were not going to do that.

awful awful awful experience with this center and fedex as a whole. My package has been lost for a long time now and the best i can get is to give them an infinite 14 day span for an iNvEsTiGaTiOn. What a joke, I hope to never be forced to rely on fedex again.

You only get help when you get aggressive. If you are soft and nice you will be given the run around and told you have to email and put in a complaint and wait untill they get back to you. Only got the information I needed over the phone when I got aggressive towards them. Item got delivered to the wrong place and just to find out where it was after waiting weeks for it was a headache

So I had been waiting on my package and saw that it was still at this location for a full day. Did they call? No. My husband called and finally got the right address on it. THEY LITERALLY STOPPED IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE AND THREW PACKAGES AT THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK. THERE WAS ALSO A TEEN THERE IN BASKETBALL SHORTS AND ON HIS PHONE NO UNIFORM. THEY DID NOT FELIEVER MY PACKAGE JUST WENT ON THEIR MERRY WAY. Literally so unprofessional and really don't appreciate this.

They NEVER deliver my packages to my address. ALWAYS somewhere 3-6 miles from my house. Even more incompetent than UPS. Will never recommend or ship via FedEx.
