I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer:
While I’m very happy with the vehicle itself and appreciate that the team eventually made the delivery happen, the overall process took longer than expected.
There were several points of miscommunication and a lack of clear updates, which made things frustrating. One particular issue involved an adjuster that needed to be brought into the process, which caused delays. Unfortunately, I wasn’t informed early on about how long that step would take, and I feel the dealership should have communicated a more accurate timeline from the start to avoid compromising my personal schedule.
In the end, the dealership did accommodate the delivery, and I did get the vehicle I wanted. However, better communication and expectation-setting throughout the process would have made the experience much smoother.
