I am giving 5 stars to Felicia that answers my call to main number at HEB.This has marked, on numerous occasions, zero answer from pharmacy! Why??I have to give 1 star to pharmacy. Which is more effort on my part than yours.

Where to even begin! We waited like always to do our last minute holiday meal shopping a day before Thanksgiving! Not the best idea we've had, but well it was needed. The store was packed, not an empty parking space, we had to park a short walk away from the back of the parking lot. (Not complaining) As we grabbed out things, shelves were a little bare but well that's what we get for waiting last minute in the evening. When checking out there was two very flustered faces. Scanning and bagging as fast as they could, very courteous and very friendly, David was our cashier and I didn't get our baggers name. She was going through it, you could tell she was very frustrated. Someone pushed our cart out of the way making it a way for her to bag our items in awkward angle for her. The janitor was sweeping around her causing her to stop every time he went by. I know he was doing his job as well but in a busy situation like that id say go around her. She bagged up and as she finished, she said thank you have a great night! I stopped to tell her how much she was appreciated. Not just by our family, but all the families she helped that night. I speak for myself when I say I am always rushed, that night I took a quick second to appreciate all the hard working staff at the Uvalde HEB who worked around the clock to make our dinner a great success! Your hard work defiantly did not go unnoticed!

love this HEB, shop here for the 30 yes I worked in Uvalde and still love to shop there. I think the best store in the area. compare to Wal-Mart it's the best. Thank you for being there for us.

The people running this HEB Pharmacy charged me twice for the same prescription, I challenged on my credit card, and they lied to my credit card company.

Terrible service, ??* How can it posibble they do not answer the phone in 20 min or more???*When they finally answer it, they say that your medications are ready and when you are there, they are not all ready.*This has only happened to me in Uvalde HEB, not in other HEB'sI really want you to pay more attention and improve the serviceTHANK YOU

I dont like to complain but find it necessary , the new girl or lady on drive thru pharmacy needs more training on customer service,she can learn from Cristan he is the best he is fast efficient and knows what he is doing I will only go get meds when he is there from now on! I ONLY MARKED IT 3 STARS FOR CRISTIAN ALL THE STAFF SHOULD FOLLOW HIS EXAMPLE,the lady didnt apologize instead wanted to make her point I had to call them to remind them I was waiting outside in the heat,I've worked for this Heb ,and I'm sorry but pharmacy needs to change for the better.

Horrible customer service. How are you going to tell someone their medication is ready in an hour, then when they come back tell them another hour, cancel the prescription, or get it transferred to Walgreens. If you don’t like your job, seek another career. Don’t need to be so rude especially to someone who really needs their medication. I will NEVER use HEB again. I’m glad Walgreens treated me better.

I've never had an issue with this establishment until lately. Jose, who claims to be the manager of all mangers at this location, which I find this hard to believe considering he's about 19 years old, has a problem understanding H-E-B's policies and the laws set forth by the Gov of the great State of Texas. On multiple occasions Jose the manager of all managers had decided to wait until myself or my wife are checking out to make a scene about wearing a face mask. Obviously, if we are at the check out counter with a basket full of groceries, then we've made up our adult minds that we will not be wearing a mask. I happen to have a legal medical reason for not wearing one, and no it's not asthma... Jose, the manager of all managers, once again approached me in line demanding that I put on a mask and claiming that H-E-B's policy is that every customer must wear one or leave. I asked to see the policy and he walked away from like the child he is. After paying for my groceries I went and found Jose, the manager of all managers and asked him once again to see the policy. He eventually brought me some laminated flyer that states customers are encouraged to wear masks unless under the age of 10, have existing medical conditions or can properly social distance. So. Come to find out H-E-B doesn't require ALL customers to wear a face mask. Y'all need to get a hold of your dude and maybe send him to some tact classes if you expect him to keep being the manager of all managers for this location. I really don't want to start shopping down at Wally World, so please get your manager of all managers to fix himself. Thanks.
