I’m late in posting this but here it is:It was a special day for my daughter and based on the ratings I decided to take her here for her hair. Boy was that a mistake! We were there about 15 mins early, pretty much what we do when we have an appointment. The hairdresser Nancy ( I believe was her name) was late and not only that , she did a terrible, TERRIBLE job on my daughters hair!! It seem like if she was in a rush or something. My daughter wanted her hair up with curls falling down. My daughters natural hair is kinky/tight curls. This lady didn’t add anything in her hair, no hair moisturizer, no curling custard, no detangler , no leave in conditioner or whatever they use in kinky hairstyles. She didn’t straighten it, she just grabbed her dry hair and put it up with Bobby pins!! And not to mention she told us to make sure we washed my daughters hair at least 2 hrs before we took her and make sure it was dry and not add anything in it. So can you imagine how dry and frizzy her curls were. After she picked it up and tried fixing my daughters frizzy natural curls ,she decides to use the curling iron and curl her hair more and then added hairspray. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED! Instead of getting that off our hands and not worry about it, it ended up being double work for us and a waste of money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Unless of course if ur family, friend,family friend, or someone close enough for them to care about you.
