Phenomenal customer service from staff member ---Matt. Very knowledgeable about sneakers. I bought HOKA, which is one the most comfortable sneakers that I ever purchased in my life. Matt, thank you for your service!

The manager wouldn't let my 8 months pregnant wife use the restroom when there was no one else in the store except us. When I said "come on man, she's 8 months pregnant and needs to pee" he said "oh the bathroom is broken and we go to wing stop to pee." I told him he was full of crap and I was no longer interested whether or not they had my size in stock and left with my wife. After walking next door to Wing Stop, Wing Stop employees verified Hibbett Sports employees do NOT and have not used the Wing Stop bathroom. Piss poor customer service from your employee on 9/28/2023 at 5:30pm towards my wife who I would like to reiterate my wife is 8 months pregnant.

Displays are clean. Inviting and comfortable. We always find what we need! Everyone is always helpful. I was surprised when I found crocs after we had just purchased from a different store. It’s just really convenient to find everything in one place. We will be buying what we need from here, from now on. Quality over quantity, is always best.
