I don’t know why they stay in business because they don’t answer their phone. They don’t return phone calls and they’re not in the office at the hours on Wednesday that they have posted. Why do you even bother wasting peoples time?

Had an appointment was there until 535 appointment was at 530 office was closed. Appoint made in person verified via text message reminder was sent to me day before. I’m without desire.

They didn’t make us feel comfortable that they knew what they were doing. They just wanted to do easy ones and if you had more than that it was not for them. The prices were paid was twice as much as we paid in the past. I have lost confidence in H&R Block to have our best interest in mind
