I had a great experience preordering the Kendra Scott Ari pendant and earring set. I love that Kendra Scott will donate 100% of profits back to the Uvalde community. During a sad time in the community it is nice that a Texas home grown designer like KS does not forget her Texas roots. I placed the order on Thursday for the new shipment that was coming in that day. It was sold out with what they had on hand. Great customer service from Karina on the phone. No problem at all and was pleasantly surprised packaged arrived by Saturday. Will definitely will look at their other items online and on social media in the future.
