When you buy lumber you can't pick it and they throw broken trash wood in with your load, cheaper just to drive further so you can pick your own lumber. 0/10 won't go again.

The store has decent prices but they’re never open. They close at 5:30 on Weekdays and 5 on Saturday. It’s very inconvenient for people who work full time and work out of town. If they kept Home Depot hours they would get more business and people like me wouldn’t have to travel out of town just for lumber. Today their registers are not working right and it’s the only day I have to buy the lumber for my house. This just sucks! Not happy with this company right now

Customer service is severely lacking in this whole place. The inside love having you wait for no reason to wait on you and we got cement outside and when we drove to D where they told us to go-the guy there had a look like "what the hell do you want". My husband usually helps them load but he said forget it! Unbelievable people! It's not that hard to fake being nice even if you don't want to!

Terrible customer service! And a little man that had to wake up to check my purchase after I paid! In the lumber lot it took 4 men to check my purchase in case I'm a thief! Shame on MG.

I ordered over 2k worth of supplies. They came to deliver the supplies without letting me know so two pallets of product were left outside without my knowledge anyone couldve came and stolen whatever they wanted. I called the delivery manager who said he would contact the driver to see why I wasnt contacted with delivery and of course I never received a call back from him. **** poor customer service and delivery ********************* here. They also used the signature I made from the purchase on my credit card for the invoice that was delivered so that just tells you what kind of company youre going to be dealing with. They basically forged my signature this is not right at all!!!

Needed deck screws and decided to check out MG while in Uvalde. Great selection and good prices. I ended up buying 3 different boxes/sizes. People working the counter were good and checked me out quickly.

I went in to get paint mixed and was standing there for at least 10 minutes while the lady was inputting information in the computer for the customer in front of me. No big deal; they were there first. Anyway, when lady noticed me, she asked if I needed help, and then directed me to go to the back because she was mixing paint for someone else. I showed her my paint sample stick and my paint, but she still directed me to the back where you order lumber. I didn't need lumber and she didn't explain her reasoning. (Basically, she wanted me to go get her help from the back.) I didn't feel like they wanted my business, so I just left without purchasing paint or the items my husband selected. The paint at MG is reasonably priced, which is why I gave them 2 stars, but if the paint department passes customers on to another department, what's the point?

They are amazing. This place has all your building needs and some I didn't know I needed. This place is cheaper than the major brand building supply stores. The only problem is how uninterested lady at the counter. I did find someone to listen to what I needed and was very helpful.

I requested to speak to the Manager, so his name Robert, he was so rude, he told me that,”if You don’t like it go somewhere else!” He refuse to acknowledge me, because he refused to admit the fact that that were wrong! The invoice, didn’t include the delivery charges.... they especially gave the total, so I travel 71 mile to confirm the purchase & pay off the total; at that time the counter associate added the $213. more, the lady that sold the merchandise was her day off? plus I waited over an hour, to get mistreated! I requested the number to talk to management or home office & nobody responded!

Probably won’t be coming back to this location. Spent close to $600 on materials and was stopped at the exit. They go through your bag to see if you stole anything. Guilty until proven innocent at the Uvalde MG.
