While it took 4+ hours and a return to the store the next day, we were pleased with the service with the exception of one employee, Ricky. He was no help and refused to help us out after being in the store 4+ hours. I would NOT recommend Ricky for any of your service needs. While he may be knowledgeable at his task, his attitude was very rude.”
