Carmen is most helpful and remembers what my family always gets ... the other day she knew what flavor Gatorade my kids liked , when I got home I realized that I forgot to tell her what flavors they wanted and I looked and she had picked the right ones for them! Wow! now that’s customer service is all about! Thanks Carmen and r &d for always making us feel welcome!
