Disappointed that I had two wipers ripped off my car and too bad so sad, but they did trim the side that was doing it, The guy found two wipers when he looked for the first one that got ripped off. So I wasn't the only one.March 2023, they finally fixed the washers that slammed into the wipers and ripped them off, not that they ever admitted to it being wrong and damaging, they finally figured it out. Much gentler than previously. Still low staffed, sometimes you need to wait 5 minutes before ya get to enter, but for the most part it's better than it was.
