I loved Small Town Elegance Boutique! Such a friendly atmosphere & great hat, jewelry, & clothing selection at such reasonable prices! I even saw purses & scarfs to match the outfits! If you haven’t yet gone by, I want to say…..”You need to go by & check it out for yourself.”
