I went in on March 18 2024, I ordered some onion rings and when I receivedy order the onion rings we're burnt. So I then proceeded to go in side so I can talk to a car hop person and when I was asked if I got the wrong order I said no. I let the girl know that my onion rings we're burnt and had asked them to be golden brown. She then takes the bag and asks so you think these are burnt I said yes and she proceeded to asked me the same question twice. So when I asked to talk to a manager and asked if the manager that was dropping the onion rings was the manager all four young ladies that where standing there just looked at each other and not one of them answered my question so I asked again and again not one answered so finally one girl asked a second girl she wants to know if Brian i believe that's the name she gave not sure but anyways the girl said yes but then changed her answered and said no. I asked so which one is it cause you just now said he was and now your saying he's not.. The young girl did mention to me that i can wait in my car and they will bring my onion rings out to me and i did say no i will wait here she then proceeded to get on her personal phone and call someone i mentioned to them whats the diffrence i just saw a young man in here picking up his order and waited in the unit for his order so what diffrence does that make if I wait there for my order as well. . it really had nothing to do with the young girls it was all about the manager but this particular young lady wanted to be the hero and act as if she owned the place that made me upset. The screens are always broken, or you can't use the card readers. Kids Taking your order are rude and don't know how to take orders correctly.

I love Sonic. However, I was disappointed that I could not get the chili for my hot dog on the side. I travel 35 miles home, and by the time I get there, the bread is soggy from the chili.Wheelchair accessibility: The outside area is great for people with disabilities

People like me, want to have a face to face service to order the meal and have a place to eat inside of a place. They tell us that we must go to one of the screens in the parking lot to order and eat in an external area were the parent go with their kids. We left the place and when to other restaurant.

This Sonic in Uvalde has always been one of our stops going from Castroville to Del Rio and back. It has been our routine ever since it was constructed. I don't know what the issue was but as for my drink, a route 44 ice tea, tea with no sugar is my standard. Got the drinks, was about to pull out of the parking lot, and when I took a sip, it was Sweet Tea. OK, a simple error. Drove around, explained that I ordered a tea with No Sugar, they gave me another, again as I was about to pull out of the parking lot and AGAIN... Another Sweet Tea! I made my 3rd attempt to get this order correct, I stopped at the door and explained the problem again, yes it was corrected but to have to try 3 times to get my order was Extremely Frustrating! I just hope who ever is taking the order pays better attention since I'm sure many many travelers go thru this Sonic Location. I hope my next visit is so complicated.

Giselle is very rude. Do not go here! I was asking for clarification on prices and she blurted oh my god on speaker like you are bugging her. She then came outside and asked is there a problem with major attitude.

when you think of fast food don't think about this location takes 20-30 minutes everytime, no matter what you get, don't go through drive through either the machine doesn't work or they just don't pay attention. The good part is the staff is great when you do finally come into contact with them.
