You cannot make this up… I ordered a protein bowl and added bacon for the extra protein. They gave me like eight slices! Which would be awesome if it wasn’t RAW!! Raw and not cut up at all! Are you serious???

The pretzel was hard and chewy. The cookies were burnt. Lupe, the manager, was rude and sarcastic when I asked about cheese for my pretzel. But that's no surprise especially seeing the way that they treat their employees.

I placed an order through the SUBWAY® app. I ordered my daughter, a kids meal which included the juice box and a fruit pouch. I also ordered a foot-long churro and a foot-long cookie, and when I went to the restaurant to pick up my food, they told me that they did not have the churro and that they did not have the cookie and that they could not refund me my money so to replace, the churro and the cookie they gave me six cookies six cookies was valued at about four dollars but I paid seven dollars for the cookie and the churro and when I got home they did not give me my daughters kids meal. They only gave me her sandwich. The rest of the kids meal was missing so I very much over paid the employees at this restaurant said that they could not refund me my money because they were new there and that they didn’t know how

The service at this subway is so disappointing. No customers in the store and had me waiting over 10 minutes in the drive thru. This isn’t the first time. Won’t be back.

I used to have a good experience but whoever the new girl is that currently works there is rude, mean and thinks she's funny. Me and my boyfriend are allergic to mayo, I didn't order mayo and when I saw she added mayo I warned her about our allergies so she scraped it off, told her to replace the bread entirely and she grabs new bread with gloves covered in mayo so she had to grab more bread. Then after she gave us attitude she then procedes to not even put on the right sauce again. I will never eat here again. $20 for sandwiches I couldn't even eat and a disgusting employee with 0 common sense or ability to even make a sandwich.

Absolutely disgusting. Food was all over the counter where my sandwich was being made, the employees were dropping the sauces on the floor and my bread was stale and overcooked. Employee started adding random veggies to my sandwhich without asking me. Homestly not even sure how this Subway location is still open Will never be returning, the location by the liquor store is FAR better, cleaner, nicer employees and better management it seems.

The lady was Being Very rude and Disrespectful towards me when I was trying to order she was Trying to be Quick Just So She Can Leave Like nothing happen when I told her You did My order wrong But she didn’t Put Much On My Sub Sandwich She Just left it with so many veggies on it she just smeared just one line on my meat and I ask her who is her manager and she’s like why and got mad still and told the other lady to get the manager when she was still being rude She needs Have Some respect with others Didn’t Mind The Sub But Not Paying for so Much just to eat Veggies

Had a craving for a meatball sub. The only problem they only had wheat and white bread. Dang it I like the honey wheat bread. But it was still good on wheat. My wife and I split a 12 in sub.

The customer service is lacking. They forgot a portion of my online order and it’s 100% my fault they didn’t read the receipt. And the tomato was moldy.

I got to get my weekly Italian diet needs and have an educational conversation with Texas highway patrolmen about attending to illegal immigration and violence in Southwest Texas. And Texas law enforcement partnership with Border Patrol, Sheriff Departments and local police! Good job for trying to keep our borders safe and our lives and American land.
