I can’t believe that i am here about to leave a negative review on what used to be one of the best taco spots here in town. Let me start by saying i used to love Taco Way when it was still at the original location. Stopping by for a taco or for their beloved huevos rancheros plate was always a great way to start the day. I would run into regulars, old friends, co workers, high school football players, all waiting and conversing while our orders were being filled. But now…its safe to say that those days are long gone. Ever since they moved across the street their quality control has gone down the drain. Even basic customer service is now non existent. The cashiers, (the girls) have no idea on how rude they come off. No smile, no good morning, no nothing. The last six times i have gone to eat there i have had my order completely wrong. I once got my huevos rancheros with literally NO ranchero sauce. It was just scrambled eggs, beans, no potatoes and no sign of the two tortillas that come with the order. The entire kitchen staff needs to be retaught and retrained on how to cook, serve, and present food products properly. Freddy seems like the only one trying there. I am not judging but the young men that i see working in the kitchen never seem to be taking their job serious. Some might say I’m over reacting but ask the owner how he feels when his sales are down. Money is the motivation right? America and capitalism..right? You have a product that the people expect to be worth the money we pay for it. Well unfortunately at this time…it’s not. And It’s not just me that thinks this...i went to get tacos at Los Alamos one morning and i ran into some of the people that I used to see at Taco Way. That’s a loss of profit for Taco Way. George if you ever read this…come back for your original customers. The people that helped build your company. We still believe in you. I’ve worked in the food service industry for half of my life. I know what it takes. I don’t know if you know that you have people that dont care about the food that they serve and that it shows in the food. And for Sarah and the other young lady that works the register…it doesn’t hurt to smile. Sometimes a smile is what makes or breaks your connection with your customers.

Tacos are a good size, but we got RAW tortillas, and lately they have been getting our orders wrong over and over again, so we will not be returning. The staff doesn't care and you can tell. They took almost an hour with 4 tacos one time so eventually we just told them to cancel the order and the man got mad and threw the tacos on the counter saying "Well he (my bf) doesn't want them" and walked away. Unprofessional, and staff is kinda stand-offish.There are other places in town, pass on this one
