The United States postal service might be a failure as a whole, but this post office has the nicest, most helpful workers of any office I've been to.

I stood and watched the elderly Mexican postal carrier drive by my mail box with the flag up. Yes someone was parked in front. I am working with the landlord on vehicles parking here, but the carrier didn't even try to deliver our mail.

Mailed an Easter card to wrong PO box in Uvalde on 4/5/22. Got it back today 10/28/22. 6 months to return first class mail. Mailed a birthday card in August, no sign of it so far. Maybe I’ll get it back in Feb. impossible to reach this post office by phone!Update 11/22, got the birthday card back. Only took 3 months to return to sender.

I was never able to speak to a person or ask about availability of postage supplies at my local post office. Very disgusting! I tried 4 times.THANKS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!
