The sales and finance team provided exceptional service, meticulously attending to every detail. I departed with a new truck and a five-star review. However, my experience with the service department was far from satisfactory. I had inquiries regarding the lighting, but the staff member remained unresponsive, only informing me that I would have to wait a week to get it in. This lack of attention to my concerns was particularly disappointing given the significant investment I had made in the truck. The five-star rating I had previously received was solely attributed to the sales and finance department. In contrast, the service department’s treatment was unprofessional and warranted a zero-star review.
Following my initial review, the leadership and the sales department demonstrated exceptional follow-up and continued service. When it was time for my first oil change, I simply contacted my salesman, who promptly handled the entire process. Upon seeing my wife’s and my new vehicles, my mother finally made the decision to purchase her own. This was a significant milestone for her, as it marked her first new vehicle purchase in a considerable amount of time. She was initially uncertain and had numerous questions. Once again, the sales team excelled in their efforts. We toured the lot until she found the model that suited her preferences. The staff member simply walked out, handed us the keys, and secured the license plate. We then embarked on a no-pressure test drive. After my mother made her decision, we discovered that the dealership did not offer the trim package she desired. There was no pressure from the dealership to purchase the available options. Instead, they assured us that they would find a suitable package for her. Several hours later, they located the car and offered a fair deal, which we accepted. The car arrived the following day. Due to my mother’s limited mobility, it was not an easy task for her to navigate. However, Uvalde Chevrolet’s sales team made the process incredibly convenient. They delivered the car to our home and spent over an hour in the vehicle with my mother, thoroughly explaining all the features and details. They ensured that she was completely comfortable with the vehicle before even discussing the signing of any paperwork. The exceptional care and attention they provided to my mother have earned them a lifelong family of customers.

Friendly service, not pushy at all. Steven Garcia was great, and I will definitely be coming back for my next truck purchase. I got a great deal on a used 2500HD and after 10k trouble-free miles I can say that they did not try to hide anything.

My 2024 GMC 2500 7 pin connection plug was not working correctly. I took the truck to Uvalde Chevy and spoke with Robert in the service dept. I explained the problem to him. Robert advised they would research the problem and later advised me the trailer brake module was out and would be replaced under warranty.
I was very impressed with Uvalde Chevy Service Dept and Service Writer Robert. Robert listened to my concerns and fix the problem. I highly recommend Uvalde Chevy and go to Robert to get the job done right and professional.

Just bought a new GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck. All the staff are friendly, courteous, and well versed on their products.
But the salesperson, Manza was on top of things. Everything that I asked he had an answer. He even explained the new command center and how everything worked.

Just bought my second truck from Uvalde in the past 5 years. Love the local service and customer care. Blake Botkin did a great job finding the truck I wanted. Was able to get to a deal quickly and spent very little time at the dealership. Great overall experience!

Great experience. We have a 2014 GMC Sierra that was serviced by Uvalde Chevrolet. The problem was that the dashboard would go totally blank for short periods of time. They fixed that problem but when we picked it up the radio was not appearing on the screen. Apparently when replacing the module for the dash it burned out the radio. Uvalde Chevrolet replaced the radio with no charge. I judge a business by how they complete the job but maybe more importantly is how they respond to a problem that happens during the original job. Uvalde Chevrolet is a 'take responsibility' business that I trust and where I'll be returning.

Very poor service, I took one of my company trucks in for a follow up , a week and a half ago they billed me almost 3,000 dollars to fix my brakes , cvc joints , rods etc . Took it in never made an effort to work on it . Abandoned my work truck in the back .

Uvalde Chevrolet made buying a new vehicle easy and without stress.
I was very pleased at the way everyone was on the same page. Working as a team.
Not once did I feel pressured to buy. That's what I liked the most. Except for the chicken salad sandwich I was offered.
If you're looking or thinking about looking for a new or used vehicle. I urge you to go by or contact uvalde Chevrolet. You won't regret it
It seems the comment about the chicken salad was taken out of context.

My experience with this particular dealership has been nothing short of amazing. The entire team is built on customer service! We have been helped by Blake and Kiefer both during and after our purchase. We bought a used vehicle from here and even though it had some issues that technically they didn’t have to do anything about they have helped us anyways by not only replacing parts but also by coming out to us to make sure that we had a vehicle to get around.
We definitely recommend this dealership and will continue to buy from them in the future!
