i understand i have a fake leg and all... i can walk but it gets difficult so i decided to use the scooter thing and they told me to get off because i wasn't hurt and followed me around the store i really don't understand what i did wrong told me they were going to call the cops if i didn't get off... this walmart is horrible!!! #justiceforoneleggedpeople

called 4 times and watched people walk by the pick up door yet no one answered or came out. called the main store no answer. went to service desk no one was around imagine that. this store is a joke.

Went to Walmart in uvalde Texas to pick up groceries after return from vacation. All went well until we attempted to check out!!!!! We had carts full of groceries items well over a thousand dollars worth of items. THERE WE NO cashiers on duty only self check out. We ask if any cashiers were available the reply was NO. Go to self checkout !!!!! Outrageous to say the less! Even seeing numerous Walmart staff walking around or visiting with each other. To note the self check out lines had well over twenty people standing in line to self check out. When asked for the manager reply was. He is on lunch break????? even the managers are lousy an unable to identify a problem oh gosh we need to open some check out lanes with cashiers what a novel ideal???? We took the carts completely full of groceries to service desk and left the store . The lady asked us the self checkout lanes! Nope that's not happening. If Walmart seems to think it's ok for people to walk out with over a thousand dollars worth items in grocery cart. Thank goodness for HEB !!!!!!!! Shoppers need to stop shopping at Walmart in uvalde texas . It's time for walmart to step up and provide customer friendly service.

Horrible salad! Old and with 1/4 of it the part you would throw away! 1/2 an egg and a bite of chicken. The isles were marked when to enter and when to not, no one was following directions. It was really nuts!

Worst Walmart I have ever been to. The service was lousy, employees were rude. Visited the tire center while visit my mom to get her tire replaced. the service guy gave her the runaround about how she didn't have Walmart's warranty but it had a manufacturers warranty but She had to call. He didn't offer a number or website left it to her. He had no problem selling another tire to her, I expect more from Walmart especially dealing with the elderly. I called Goodyear and in fact the tire we bought is specifically made fir Walmart, they said to go to the store and they would take care of it. Upset I called back and asked fir a manager, after holding fir over twenty minutes the same girl gets back in and ask yes I can help what's your question. I have no question, I asked the speak to a manager. I asked fir her name and title and she couldn't give me one, I told her to get me a manager because she has no idea what she is doing Finally Juan gets on the phone and of course can't help but ensures me he will have the manager if that department call me first thing that was two months ago, I'm still waiting. Just because your the only Walmart don't mean your my only option I will gladly pay more to go elsewhere than to deal with incompetent people like Juan the so called manager. If Juan is a manager, I think Walmart should evaluate his position because he's the most incompetent employee I have ever run across IN Business.

My in store experiences at the Uvalde Walmart are far from good. They are of wide range and not all in the same day. I've waited over 30 minutes at the photo center & still Wasn't being helped after 3 pages, after even calling the store!!! An Asst. Manager had to come out and help me and other customers. On another day, I asked to speak with a manager about a price difference on a big screen tv to which no associate could seem to get ahold of one or give me an answer. And Today i was told by an employee to use the self check out to buy a paper because she was too lazy! Honestly from working in retail to customer service positions this store is pathetic and poorly managed.

As far as the grocery side of the store it sucks, the food just never seems to be good! I prefer to by meat from other places than here.
