“I had recently bought a new Ram 2500 6.7 and have only had it a few months. Dealer seems to over charge as all do. I wanted to find a family owned Diesel mechanic that can service my truck through the duration that I have it. I wanted to be more than just a number I wanted to be known and my vehicle to be worked on by the same tech. I called this shop and spoke with the ladies at the desk about my time sensitive issue. I was having issues with a DEF sensor and was on a count down. I could not afford for my truck to be in the shop for a week or more. They told me to swing in. Eric looked at the report I had ran for the codes and was able to squeeze me in the same day. Had the part delivered from Dodge and within a few hours I was back on the road. Shops are not cheap due to the price of parts now and the warranty for parts and labor. I was not ready to spend the money but I did believe in Eric and what he said. Eric will tell you the truth and if you don’t need a part he will be honest! Yes Eric does this for his living so I understand the frustration some have with price points. But if you want a face to face with a shop owner and the job done right with a 2 year warranty for labor he is your guy. I appreciate him and his team for being honest and hospitality that rainy day. I will forever have this truck serviced by him. Thanks Eric you are extremely talented and well spoken. Josh”

Labor cost is quite reasonable, especially when you consider the level of service I received for that price. I'm very confident in their work and would not hesitate to use them again.They were able to do a smoke test on my emissions system, which is something the other shops I'd called couldn't do. They also double-checked the part I was ordering myself so that we could be confident it would be the right one. I was treated with all the respect and consideration you'd want in a shop rather than talked down to for simply being a woman. 100% recommend.”

“I had a great experience here when I went to have my car checked over before a long road trip. They assured me my car was ready to go and only had one recommendation of new brake pads on the rear. (Around $100 fix.) I fully expected it might need a full brake job on the rear axle and was prepared for that. However, they were very upfront about what they really believed my car needed. It did make the 2000 mile journey with zero issues. They treated me just like all of the other customers without talking down because I'm a woman. They had quick and quality service, which also left all the other customers reasonably happy, too! 100% recommend and would return for further service.”

“Brought my truck over here after taking it to 2 other diesel shops that told me I had bad valve cover gaskets. I was shopping quotes because they had told me it was gonna run 6-700 dollars to get them replaced. So I bring it over here and he crawls under it and says your oil filters loose, I ask him it's not the valve cover gaskets? He says nope it's your oil filter look when I touch it you see it leaking? Then he tightens it up and it hasnt leaked since. This guy saved me $6-700 dollars. You have earned my business for life. Anytime I need an oil change or anything on any of my vehicles I'll be bringing them to you. This guy is an HONEST MECHANIC.”
