“I had recently bought a new Ram 2500 6.7 and have only had it a few months. Dealer seems to over charge as all do. I wanted to find a family owned Diesel mechanic that can service my truck through the duration that I have it. I wanted to be more than just a number I wanted to be known and my vehicle to be worked on by the same tech. I called this shop and spoke with the ladies at the desk about my time sensitive issue. I was having issues with a DEF sensor and was on a count down. I could not afford for my truck to be in the shop for a week or more. They told me to swing in. Eric looked at the report I had ran for the codes and was able to squeeze me in the same day. Had the part delivered from Dodge and within a few hours I was back on the road. Shops are not cheap due to the price of parts now and the warranty for parts and labor. I was not ready to spend the money but I did believe in Eric and what he said. Eric will tell you the truth and if you don’t need a part he will be honest! Yes Eric does this for his living so I understand the frustration some have with price points. But if you want a face to face with a shop owner and the job done right with a 2 year warranty for labor he is your guy. I appreciate him and his team for being honest and hospitality that rainy day. “I had a great experience here when I went to have my car checked over before a long road trip. They assured me my car was ready to go and only had one recommendation of new brake pads on the rear. (Around $100 fix.) I fully expected it might need a full brake job on the rear axle and was prepared for that. However, they were very upfront about what they really believed my car needed. It did make the 2000 mile journey with zero issues. They treated me just like all of the other customers without talking down because I'm a woman. They had quick and quality service, which also left all the other customers reasonably happy, too! 100% recommend and would return for further service.”

“I took my work truck in for service. It was overheating and ended up needing a replacement of the radiator and head gasket. The service department was already closed, but the general sales manager took care of everything on a late Saturday afternoon and even set up a loaner truck for me to use while mine was being serviced They ended up having to order some parts and asked me to bring the loaner truck back and swap it for a different loaner, which was even nicer than the first loaner! When it comes time to purchase my next truck, I will be going to Glenn Polk for sure!”

She took the time to call several stores and look at her delivery list to see it she’s get more in. She was able to time me some. Corporate needs people like this working.
