I have never trusted mechanics of any sort to work on my vehicles. They have almost ALWAYS done shotty work, price gouge you, and try to sell you on things that are unnecessary.
James at Lonestar 4x4 is the complete opposite. He is the most honest, straight shooting mechanic I have ever come across. He and everyone at Lonestar 4x4 take care of you like you're family. I have taken my truck to him twice now for issues that Ive created, yet he makes sure to work within my budget and is understanding of situations getting you back on the road quickly with excellent quality of work. If you are looking for a shop to take your lifted vehicle to, I wouldn't suggest anyone else in the DFW metroplex other than Lonestar 4x4. Im a customer for life here.

Highly highly recommend Lone Star 4×4 , went in to replace upper control arm , installed inner and outer tie rods. It was done in a timley manner was very impressed. Great people there very professional, knew what they were doing. The price for everything was very reasonable. Thanks so much Lone Star 4×4

I recently took my Jeep Gladiator in for a clutch swap, the team was helpful and informative through the entire process and sent update pictures of the old clutch/flywheel and the new one when installing. James has also been extremely helpful in providing the documents required for Stellantis for their reimbursement process as the old Jeep clutches are under the 19A recall campaign. BTW Stellantis/Jeep are not easy to deal with for the reimbursements. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Jeep and will be coming back for any future work on my Jeep!

James is very knowledgeable really knows what he is doing. I dropped off my Tacoma for a 3 inch lift installation, and James kept me posted and informed throughout the process. Highly recommend this place

Had ladder rack installed on Ford Transit Van. Took it to 3 places for quotes before Lonestar. Best quote I got was 1,500 dollars. They installed it for 277 dollars! Service was great, communication was great, and quality of work was great!

Just had a BDS/Fox 3 inch lift installed on my 21 Tundra at Lone Star 4x4. Great team to work with and quality work! They gave me multiple options to choose from and their recommendation was what I went with. Very happy I did. The price and timeline to complete everything was spot on. I highly recommend them.

Great work. They installed my roof rack and wheel spacers on my jeep. They also asked for approval before cutting into the frame. I highly recommend this shop!
