Brian is the man here…. He’ll make sure he gets done exactly what you had on the table as the deal…. If something does go wrong, Brian goes out of his way to make sure it’s fixed and moving forward to get the deal done. Was financed product was delivered was simple is 1-2-3…. The whole operation is made up of honest, hardworking folks. They follow through on their promise of no hidden fees. Brian in sales did a great job helping me find the right camper for me. Joe in the service department answered all my questions and really helped me out as a first time owner. Definitely give them a chance before buying from the big corporate dealers.

Saw a golf cart via marketplace ad - called the dealership and spoke with the salesperson (Brian) who posted. Gave me the facts about the cart and was the least pushy salesperson I dealt with (sorry if that gets him in trouble, haha).Brian was great throughout the entire process, including delivery of my cart. Walked me through and explained how to even save money on the maintenance (instead of attempting to persuade me to buy more!). Matt (finance manager) was able to get me processed quickly and made no empty promises/issues.I live an hour away and never had to step foot in the dealership. The whole process was provably an hour or two and then 20 minutes of setup/explanation during delivery.Seriously, it was the easiest experience I've ever had purchasing an item. I have more problems buying groceries at Walmart ?Absolutely recommend them and would purchase my RV from them if I had a need.

Awesome from start to finish. If you are looking for a good deal on an RV or golf cart Remington Rice is your man.Very professional. No high pressure, just friendly service. Make ready team was superb. Gave us a thorough walk thru of our new trailer.Great deal, great service. We could not be happier.

This is the absolute worst place you could possibly go to buy an RV. These guys are complete morons. And Rice Remington (or whatever his made-up name is) is the sleaziest used car salesman I’ve ever had the misfortune of meeting. The whole place is filthy and just gave me the creeps the whole time I was there. If you’re smart, you’ll avoid this place like the plague. Instead, do what I did after leaving this cesspool of a dealership and head a few miles down the road to McClain’s RV Superstore. I dealt with Chase, but everyone there is super nice and very knowledgeable. BTW, after the clown at The RV Guys told me that there was no way that I could get financing, McClain’s got me into the perfect RV trailer for just the right amount. Do what you want, but if I were you, I’d avoid “The Bait and Switch Guys”!!!Addendum: apparently, my bad review struck a nerve with The RV Gays. Because this morning they had one of their incompetent buffoons call me begging me to change my review, and when I refused, the guy started insulting me and insinuating that I’m a low class person because they’re limited lending sources couldn’t get me financed. well, again McClain’s RV superstore had absolutely no problem getting me financed with their 25+ lenders available. Also, the RV guys’ incompetent finance guy said that “I would be looking at about $500 a month payments”, and I’m currently paying $250 a month for my RV from McClain’s. And this is a Forest River, nicer than the cheap one that Remington Steele was trying to sell me. Don’t worry, RV Gays, I’m sure you’ll still get all the business that your pathetic little used car lot can handle.

I'm very glad we looked at a trailer at the RV Guys before we went anywhere else. Brian was very helpful and friendly. We never felt pressured to buy, but the trailer we looked at was exactly what our family wanted, so we decided to pull the trigger. They made the process very quick and easy. Then it was time to walk the unit before picking up, and Joe with the service department did a great job explaining everything. When one issue was found during the walk through, I didn't even have to ask, they just made sure it was 100% fixed and everything would be in as close to perfect condition as possible before we brought it home.

I have had a great experience at RV Guys. After having many obstacles in other places, when I arrived at RV Guys I found people willing to help, especially their service manager Nick Kubis and their employee Sam. On other sites I had to wait up to 4 months for an appointment and at RV Guys they processed my warranty and fixed my RV in less than a week. I highly recommended.

I was in a bind and needed a camper quick to help our family move. Brian went above and beyond to expedite it for us. Parts and service department were all great guys and very helpful and knowledgeable. We look forward to doing business with them again!

Wow! We had a great experience buying a new travel trailer at The RV Guys. Remington is a knowledgeable no pressure sales man. Matt made the finance part easy and organized. Overall great customer service. Would definitely buy here again.

Brought in our 2020 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Diesel Pusher today for a yearly service. We had oil changed, all filters changed, front end lubed, airbags inspected and 2 AC's serviced. We worked with Steve and he was incredible! We are on a tight schedule and in town for 1 day. we called ahead and got to the shop first thing in the AM. Steve kept us informed throughout the process and even gave us a few pointers. We were back on the road by 3:30 (In time to miss the DFW rush hour and get out of town. I would recommend the RV Guys to everyone! 5 star service all the way!

We had a wonderful experiencing purchasing our 5th wheel from The RV Guys in Valley View. The whole experience was refreshing! Everyone we encountered had great customer service and were so kind and helpful!! We looked at several other dealerships, but none had the level of positive personal feel that we got at The RV Guys.
