Professionalism = 0 Service = 0 I don't have a single nice thing to say about this business. They tow your car. Will it be in the same state when it arrives that it was in when they towed it? Probably not. Will they overcharge you for it? Probably. Will they be friendly and professional? Nope. Will you hate every single second of this experience? Yes. Will it keep you up at night sometimes just thinking about the scam that is Adam's Automotive? Will you attempt to sue them and get government involved? Yes. Will you ultimately give up because it's too much work? Yes. Will you write a long ass review in hopes that someone will see it and not use this company? Yes. Will you sleep a bit better at knowing if just one person reads this and decides that this isn't the company they wanna use? 100% absolutely, YES.

Larry is the best, been using him for years. I can't even count the number of cars we have brought him. Recently, the VW dealership told my mother in law it would be $3000 to fix her 2014 Bug. Larry towed it to the shop and fixed it for a little over $300. Been over a month ago, car is still running like a top.

JACKIE IS AMAZING!!!!!! TALK ABOUT FAST AND SMART! HE TOOK CARE OF MY SUBURBAN 4-WHEEL DRIVE WITH NO PROBLEM. IT WAS STUCK IN PARK, HE GOT IT IN NEUTRAL AND SAID IT IS PROBABLY A BUSHING BUT I HAD ALREADY LOOKED THAT UP. GOT IT ON THE TOW TRUCK AND AWAY HE WENT TO THE MECHANIC! HE IS PHENOMENAL AND DESERVES A RAISE. FAST, EASY, GONE IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES. HE IS REALLY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES AND WE ALL NEED TOW TRUCKS FROM TIME TO TIME. CALL ADAMS. THEY ARE AWESOME AND ASK FOR JACKIE! HE ROCKED IT OUT!!!!!!

Horrible service and definitely has never heard of service after sell do not use the shop I would highly recommend Sparx automotive in Sherman!!

Wish I could leave a no star. If you want them to put an engine that is completely incompatible into your vehicle, go ahead. I'd rather walk than take my car to this place...

THERE IS A REASON EVERY REVIEW IS ONE STAR!!!! Long post alert but NEVER USE LARRY ADAMS AUTOMOTIVE!!! I took my car to him months ago when the motor seized up bc he gave me the cheapest option. After having my car a couple of weeks I hadn't heard anything so reached out to ask about the progress and he said "it's in the shop". I asked repeatedly how long I was going to have to pay for a rental and he said "we're working on it" every time. Finally after over a month I get the car back and it's making a whistling noise like a kazoo every time I accelerate. I send him a video and tell him and he said "yea I noticed that when I test drove it but give it a couple hundred miles and if it doesn't stop bring it back". Who gives a car back that has a new problem without fixing it??? Well I didn't want to take it back to the person who couldn't fix it correctly the first time so I took it to a dealership who told me he put an engine in that was incompatible with the turbo in my car. So I tell him to please go look at it since I wasn't supposed to drive it. He said he would on the phone. The day comes for him to look at it and he doesn't go. Says he doesn't work with idiots (when he's the one that put an engine that's incompatible with my turbo) and that I needed to bring it to him. He cussed me out on the phone, told my mom it was no wonder I was a single mother when she contacted to put his dogs up so we could come get my car without issues and told me to never come back bc he KNOWS he put an engine in my car that did not go with my turbo and wants to run from the liability. DO NOT GIVE THIS CROOK YOUR BUSINESS!!!

They towed my car for Onstar. Completely ripped off my front bumper. You know what the owner said "fu ck you and your sh****t car, you sound like your from California or some sh******t" I have it all filmed and recorded. They towed my car and it had little bit of damage on the bumper. They can't just admit what they did cordially without cussing or yelling. This is how the operate. He said I have before and after picture I said same. Y'all tell me what you think. He also said I had my driver call you and admit it instead of hiding it like we could off. Horrible people disgusting people. They don't deserve to have any type of shop. Here's some photos!!!!

Helpful and knowledge, though I gave four stars because of the location and pricing.
Location: Is a little hard to get to as it is almost 16 miles to the closest hotel one way or 46 miles to Dallas and when you have no car that kinda is a little bit of an oof.
Pricing: pricing is a little steep not for parts or services, but for the labor cost.

Went to get my truck out of the impound, and I can't believe the fees they charge for anything and everything, it's just not right, but hey I could just have not my vehicle towed. Just hope your cars not towed in van alystne

I have had Adam's Automotive & Towing do repairs on my vehicles several different times for different things and have always received the best work than any other shop around with great prices !! I will only take my vehicles to Adams Automotive & Towing because I know the quality of work they do !! As I have and do send other people to him because they do such quality work and with great prices !
