  This location is just as bad as the Sherman location. Call to ask a question and get immediately put on hold for 10 mins. Ridiculous.

  Bank with Cadance for the wonderful opportunity to spend hour on hold to activate a debit card

  I agree with the previous statements.. horrible bank and spotty service. I had several business accounts that I closed and moved elsewhere.
