I had a great experience here. My car had an unusual problem that wasn’t easy to identify, but Keith and Jason were thorough, communicative, and genuinely tried to help. Even though the issue couldn’t be fully diagnosed, I really respect how they handled the situation and appreciate their dedication and honesty—hard to find these days. Highly recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for trustworthy mechanics.

Called several places for a quote on a transmission service. All asked for the VIN number and would get back to me. One never answered, while the others answered with an estimate. I chose Crossroads. Great service, professional people and best of all, cost came in under the estimate! I would recommend them for all of your service needs.

Ran out of gas like genius. Southbound on 75, stalled out on the shoulder, right across the feeder road from Crossroads. Would've been a 3 hour wait for roadside or a hike and back to the nearest gas station.
Figured I'd take a swing and ask to buy a little gas from them if they had any.
Not only did the gentleman track down some gas, walk out to highway and fuel my vehicle. He refused any payment. Just shook my hand, looked me right my face and told me to have a good weekend. I didn't even catch him name.
