“My family and I have gone a few times, all the employees there are very nice, and you can see them working and taking care of the store. The guy was doing a great job keeping the store clean and organized, the younger girl was great at helping out as well. Erika, the cashier was very welcoming and a has one of those rare joyful and uplifting spirits that bless all the people around her, as she talked and joked and made the experience very pleasant and welcoming. “Great store. First time I found all items I was looking for in a Dollar General store. The cashier, Dorothy was friendly and professional. I was trying to give the store a 5 star review checking out but accidentally gave a 1 star when I saw the word highly. Hopefully, this can be corrected.”
“So I live in Van Alstyne, and our local DG has seemed to go kinda upside down since management changed. In turn we have shopped the Howe location primarily. (Other than the dead cricket smell) lol all of the employees are pretty great! Since inflation $ has been pretty tight so I went in with a few $1 bills and a ton of change. Kasey (not sure if he's management or what) said well change spends just the same as bills girl don't feel bad about it. ? I even ended up being a bit short this time and he covered it. Here I went in there feeling small but his personality is just goofy bubbly so I didn't feel so inadequate coming out. BE A KASEY!?”
“I bought a new coffee pot from here but the filter cup was missing. I took it back the next day and the store allowed me to get an9ther coffee maker. The sales lady even opened the new box to make sure all parts were there.”
