My wife and I had started our 8 hour trip from Dallas back to KC.. an hour into our trip, the drive belt snapped. I called around for a repair and few shops answered, let alone were open. First choice answered and said they would try to squeeze me in and get us back on the road ASAP. I was able to get towed to their shop and they immediately started looking at the car and ordered the belt needed for repair. Once the belt arrived, they had me back on the road in 15 minutes. My wife and I were very impressed with their efficiency and customer service. They turned a stressful situation into a positive one. We are very thankful for their help and would refer their shop to anyone and everyone. I wish they had a shop in KC!!! They would receive all my business.

Although this location's inspection analyzer was offline and they were unable to perform my truck inspection, First Choice is always my literal first choice when needing maintenance, batteries, etc for all my vehicles.

My sister, our kids (2 newborns), and her other daughter were on a 10 hour trip and 5 hours in had power steering issues and ended up here.. The mechanic was amazing! He wasn't sure what was causing the problem exactly but fixed what he did see that he didn't like. Didn't have any other problems with my expedition for the rest of the 5 hours. We thank him so much for the work and generosity he had. Didn't catch his name, but it was greatly appreciated!

Had a nail in tire that they did a wire patch on. They got me in quickly. 12 hours later that patch was leaking, had to take to a tire place near me to get patched correctly. Will say they were very nice here though but disappointed I wasted $20

We went to First Choice Auto & Tires to fix a flat tire. Moises took care of the flat tire in 20 minutes. Thanks for an excellent and fast service.

Nice oil service on my Range Rover Sport. Brought my own Amzoil products in and oil filter. They got me in and and out quickly at a very affordable service rate. My first choice they will be.

I have needed help several times and since the two mechanics I had known and trusted moved away, I was thrilled to discover that First Choice was not just convenient, but had expert mechanics, staff are all friendly, fees very reasonable. Yea!!
