Finding an honest, trustworthy, thorough mechanic is a challenge. We recently moved to the area and this was one of the few things that I stressed about finding. Going to Brad and Rolando was the best decision ever. They immediately diagnosed the issue that I was having and even showed genuine concern over my safety when I thought about taking the car back while we waited for parts. They kept my car overnight and had all of the repairs completed the next day. These guys have earned my business for as long as I will live here and wouldn’t mind driving longer even if I moved away from this area. Do yourself a favor and check them out if you are looking for some honest work from knowledgeable and professional technicians. They keep you in the loop throughout the entire process and ensure that you are making a sound decision.

So far, I've taken two cars to Brad and his team 3 times now. The first two visits, they did a great job working on the cars. This last visit, they did a transmission service and I left with the truck working worse than when I brought it in. I called a few days later to let them know and they went above and beyond to make it right. They said they couldn't fix it, told me to go to a transmission place, and gave me a full refund. I did not expect that at all but I really, really appreciate it. I will definitely be back (but hopefully not too soon)!Also, Rolando is super fun to chat with if you are stuck in the waiting room with no ride home!

We took out car here for a second opinion after a place in McKinney told us we needed a new transmission and a new engine. The basically told us it was time to just junk our car. That isn't really an option right now. The guys at MAS looked at it and told us it was the radiator causing all the issues. Needless to say, that is a fraction of the cost of a new engine and transmission. It was such a blessing to find this shop. We are all going here from now on!

Nothing but great things to say about Brad and his crew. Had my truck in due to some a/c problems and it was quickly diagnosed, parts ordered, delivered and I was on my way. I highly highly highly highly recommend this repair shop!!! I’ve taken my 2014 explore there for repair service two times so far and each time I was above and beyond satisfied Brad and his team are excellent mechanics. My experience was a wonderful one especially not knowing who to trust! After having one of my front sensors knocked inwards, This business not only saved me hundreds of dollars out of my pocket but also took care of me the very next business day and had me in and out within the hour! I cannot recommend the owner as well as his guys enough, thank you for helping me and taking care of me!

Brad is excellent to deal with at Modern Automotive, we took our Honda Pilot in for his Pre-Trip Inspection and Fluid top off service and it was great. He went over everything and also gave some pointers on what to watch out for during our next road trip. took my moms in for ac failure diagnosis, he quickly assessed the issue and found leaking hose, it was fixed later that day. they did a fantastic job.
