I called in over the phone after I broke down on the side of the road near the shop. It only took four minutes for John to help me figure out the issue that was causing my car to overheat, and find the part in store nearby. Fantastic phone service. Better than most customer service agents I must say. I will definitely bring more business!

I wouldn't give you two cents for the O'Reilly in Anna, TX, but the one in Van Altyne rocks. They talk to you on the phone, give you their personal recommendations, help you save money. They are my go-to parts place!!
