Not impressed with this title company. The office ladies are very nice, but I had three different experiences with the company, and all three had serious paperwork issues. Not filing with the county, etc - I won't go into full details here, but not recommended.

Buying your first home or refinancing your existing home you still need a title company. We have done business with this company twice now and they know their stuff for sure!! The ladies with personality and professionalism!

I have needed papers to be notarized from time to time and none of the local banks will do it if you don’t bank there. They always send us to the Title Company. The ladies in the office are always so happy to help however they can! In a world where I have experienced less and less true customer service, that is NOT the case here. These ladies are wonderful to work with!
