“I have to rave about Cynthia I could not made this relocation without her assistance and kindness. She went over and beyond customer service role to ensure My relocation was successful. She even came in on her day off to rent us a storage unit when there had been a bad communication with the first reservation we had. That other person told me that my unit Cynthia and I had committed to was not available any longer. That was stressful having to come in from Austin and secure something somewhere else. She is a gem and I highly recommend 5 Star storage.

“I first went to rent a U-Haul trailer to be pulled by a U-Haul truck I had rented at a different place. The truck wound up having an electrical issue and Scott went above and beyond to help me out. He made numerous calls and got a u-haul tech out quickly.
Then when I figured out I needed to store stuff, he quickly got me a clean, very well priced storage unit. He even helped me unload some stuff into the unit.
Very impressed with Scott, his customer service, and the facility. Highly recommend.”
