Even made alterations to the trailer with regard to tiedowns for equipment

Very poor customer service and involvement. I’m left with a damaged trailer that I bought brand new from them. It had defects from day 1 and they knew about it but never really did anything to resolve the situation.

Bought a 12' Maxx-D utility trailer from these folks and was treated way better than I expected to be! Friendly, professional, and competitively priced. When I picked it up, they not only hitched it up to my pickup, they checked the torque on all wheel lugs and hitch bolts! 1st class!!!
