I will highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond. We had a wheel come off. Turns out we needed a new axel too and a new tire and rim. They ran to El Paso to get the stuff and came back and fix it the same day. They even checked the other wheels just to make sure we would be safe. These are Angels in disguise. Great hard workers too

Omar at OC Triple I Services is amazing. I am a Hotshot driver and my 2016F250 broke down in Van Horn. I called several shops and no one worked on the 6.7 Power stroke Diesel Trucks only big rigs. But Omar said he had a guy in El Pas TX. Who worked on My type of truck. He called reached out put me in touch with some folks over at Wolf Pack Diesel services. He went out of his way to point me in right direction and made sure I was taken care of following up with multiple phone calls to ensure I was able to get back on the Road. Good service and the company communicated very well. As me and my grandfather were stuck on the side of the road, they picked ups up and got us moving towards our destination.

OC Triple, Omar is the best! If you break down in his service area, he will come anytime. Please don't waste time on your roadside assistance; they are too busy trying to find the cheapest bidder. You will end up waiting hours upon hours. Take it upon yourself to call Omar and have him take care of it. He will do everything he can to diagnose and fix the problem, so you can get back on the road! Then file your claim with your insurance! Trust many of us who have broken down here, OC Triple is the one to call!

Breaking down was terrible. Long waits for service with Roadside assistance through my insurance seemed hopeless. After waiting hours and being told I had to wait even longer by my insurance, I was fed up. I finally took matters into my own hands and called OC Triple. They came to the rescue in no time. Loading my vehicle up and transporting myself and my family to the Garage. Before you know it, we were back on the road to our destination. This team is outstanding; if you are broken down right now, call them, you will not be disappointed! Hands down, it is the BEST towing service in this area!

Ran out of fuel 32 miles from Van Horn and my insurance company couldn’t figure out how to get us assistance. Called OC Triple Service and they came out to my position quickly with gas and a hauler just in case. Fast and reliable. We are so thankful for their kind hearted help getting us on the road again.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The camper van that my husband and I were driving broke down an hour from Van Horn. The night was unseasonably cold and we were stranded on the side of the road in the pitch black. When other companies were closed or unavailable, Omar and Cora came to our rescue in the middle of the night. Despite getting called at 2 am, they arrived quickly and were incredibly kind. I stayed in the warm and comfortable cab with Cora, while my husband and Omar loaded the van onto the trailer. Omar had all the tools necessary to quickly and easily jump and load the van. Even at 3 in the morning, the hour-long drive back into town with Cora and Omar was full of laughter and story telling. We had the best time talking with them.
Once we got into town, they dropped us off at a nearby hotel where we could spend the rest of the night. The next day, Omar diagnosed the van; he and Cora were in constant communication with us and our rental company regarding the status of van. After determining the van was not repairable, he helped us figure out options for getting back to El Paso. Ultimately, Cora and Omar's son picked us up at our hotel the next morning, drove us to their stop where they helped us pack our belongings and empty the van, and then drove us 2 hours to El Paso. The drive was safe, comfortable, and full of wonderful conversation.
We are so lucky and grateful to have worked with OC Triple I. At a time when we were vulnerable and there was a lot of uncertainty, we were so comforted by the professionalism and kindness that Omar and Cora showed us. They made us feel safe, validated our frustrations, and helped us problem solve. The best part is that we left with new friends and are looking forward to staying connected with them.

Family owned and operated - father son duo worked diligently and efficiently on our SUV after we broke down 15m outside of town. Omar even offers roadside if you cant get to the shop. Highly recommend their services whether you are in a pinch or just passing through and need a tune up

While traveling through Van Horn, TX in our RV one of our tires blew a valve on an inner tire. We were able to drive it to this tire shop and the owner and his son repaired it within an hour and charged us a very low rate. The men were friendly, kind and efficient. We appreciate their help so much.
