I usually avoid pilot flying J whenever I possibly can. Some rare times are ok. Most times their stores are garbage. Really needed to get some laundry done. More often than not, something is broken or not working. Who's in charge of maintaining these places? They should be putting fries in a bag somewhere. Ridiculous.

Worst pilot ever. At midnight employees pounding on side of trucks in the parking area claiming it’s a reserved parking. No signs no paint on the ground. Very hostile. Very uncalled for. Threatening to call police. Waking drivers up while in sleeper berth is not ok. If I would have known this was reserved parking I would have paid before going to sleep. I will never she end money at this truck stop again. I recommend avoiding at all cost. It’s dirty, gross, and in bad shape. The Employees don’t care.

Girl on the phone is not smart, if you work there the least you can do is learn what you do have and what you dont! We have big vehicles we can't be wasting our time because you dont do your job! Apparently there is no RV Dump station.

Poor management and place. The manager got hostile trying to make his way in the womens restroom after repeated communication that they were women in there.

This place is filthy, the manager does not manage his employees properly and his employees do not have the initiative to do their job. I came in today on 10/19/25 and there were no cups no coffee in the machine and no creamer for coffee ☕️ floor was filthy so you can imagine how the bathrooms 🚽 looked.
If you worked today shame on you for not doing your job.

Don’t care if it’s under construction there’s no need for a contractor to be shoveling a pile of dirt that’s creating a dust cloud as customers are walking in at the diesel entrance.

Smaller Pilot location with only one gas pump per lane, causing some confusion amongst drivers as people pull up to the pumps from either directions.
They have an adjoined Wendy's, and both Pilot and Wendy's are currently under construction.
Came here for a quick stop. Their restrooms were open but had a really foul odor.
