All went as expected. Sites are large and not packed together too bad.
Garbages need to be emptied more often. They were full last year when we were here also.
No issues with frozen pipes. Laundry facilities really clean and everything worked well.
Safety: Felt 100% safe at this campsite.

Affordable but the water it comes out yellow, and to complain or speak with someone in the office they never answers.

Wifi is terrible. Might as well be non existent. Everything is gravel and needs to be graded by a tractor. The only good thing is that it was nice and quiet. Won't be back.

BEWARE!!Corporate doesn’t care about this park.We stayed for about 7 months. There has been about 7 vehicles stolen while we were there and one was ours. Our buddy had his stolen this morning.The cops and the managers working there are trying their best but it’s just ridiculous at this point. It’s a beautiful park just unfortunate it’s ran by a big corporation that doesn’t care.

Beautiful rv park!! It's all shaded and showers are great plus you never run out of hot water. Staff is very nice 👌 plenty of spots to choose from. Close to plants for work and quiet enough to just relax 😌
Walkability: Plus they have a convenient store.
Food & drinks: Nice store with plenty of drinks and snacks

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The folks who run the place are very friendly and helpful. If you want to be in the shade stay in the first row, roughly sites 1 - 40.
This is the perfect place to stay if you are traveling with children; there are large grassy areas around all of the sites, and they have a very nice splash pad where the children can play.

Well let’s just say the place ha great opportunity . It is a good location for construction workers. However they are supposed to treat the water here as they recycle it but they don’t, so when the sprinklers come on it smells like a sewer plant. They change the rate on the long term people constantly. One month it’s all bills paid next you must pay electric. The office closes earlier than the hours posted so mail received builds up. The folks that manage the office all they do is take the money. Any complaints they tell you we have to call the general manager. After a week or two they ask you to to call the general manager’s office but none of their phone numbers go to them to hear your complaints. Now the rent here is 425 a month on gravel pavement. Down the road 10 miles away a new Rv park opened and it 400 a month and on concreteNoteworthy details: Check the area before you rent here

We loved this Rv resort! We didn't plan on staying because as we were driving through, our car broke down. This was the closest place to where we were. I am so glad it was. The people here (staff and residents) are incredibly nice and friendly. Everyone we met was willing to help us through our ordeal. We ended up staying for 12 nights waiting for our car. Shout out to Rhonda and Nancy in the store. Their hospitality went a long way and was very much appreciated. If you're ever driving through Bay City/Van Vleck area, this is the place you should go. Nice, shaded sites. Live oaks everywhere. Check in was a breeze. Camp store with stuff you might need. Beer and seltzer. Ice. Propane on site. Splash pad. Overall a very nice kept RV Resort.
