Be careful not to stand there in front of the entrance, the manager, an elderly woman, calls you the police and after the police arrive, she knocks on your door and tells you that you cannot stand there and that she leaves you in the hands of the officer to help you. put a ticket, he's not even able to go there and tell you, move, you can't park there, it's radical, very harmful person. In fact, when I leave I see that the lady let a lodboy stop in the same place where the police called me and asked him The lady gave me a very despotic and poorly educated ticket. Racism is well applied in this place, even more so when we are Spanish.

Just a regular guy that doesn't drive a truck, I use Love's when camping on the road for showering. The shower here had excellent water pressure, and shower #1 was clean. The store also had the drinks I wanted. A+ Love's as always!

Love's wake up and smell the coffee. Lately we have been finding more than a few of your stores not up to standards and remember only one out of ten drivers will let you know there's a problem they will just go elsewhere. This is one of them. Nighttime employees are by far the laziest. There is a saying "if you have time to lean you have time to clean" your employees are leaning if they're playing on their phones and ignoring customers and not cleaning up messes. Nighttime shift needs an overhaul. And I would suggest banning cell phones on work floor if it's an emergency they can call the store. Customers come first over talking to boyfriend cause you miss him. The womens bathroom was absolutely discussing you could tell that they were not cleaned every hour. Begs to question if they aren't cleaning the bathroom are they cleaning the showers???? Update will follow as we are on a 34 and need a shower.( And I will be bringing in my Lysol, odoban, and emergency bathroom/shower health kit just in case) I will be looking at toilet ( to see if cleaned and under seat too), behind door, fan, vent grates, garage can, and for mold in shower..... here's hoping it's all good

Night time employees are lazy and do not do their jobs and would rather be talking or on their phones instead of doing their job

The "Dog park" is a joke. There is NO parking anywhere near the "dog park". Across the parking lot are the pay-to-park RV sites.
The "dog park" is located at the busiest part of the campus with TONS of loud, rumbling vehicle traffic. Just pray you don't get hit while carrying your dogs across the smoking hot pavement.
I took my dogs across the street to an empty field adjacent to the truck stop shop.
Keep driving to the Loves at Winona, TX, or use a competitor.

Just had the craziest discrimination experience at this Love's stop. I wanted to buy a lottery ticket, and the cashier asked to see my driver's license. I told her it was in my truck, and all I had was my military ID. When I showed it to her, she asked if it was a Mexican ID. I told her it clearly states "US Army Retired." didn't intend to show her that I was retired from the military or anything. I knew she needed to see some kind of ID to make sure I was of legal age to play the lottery. However, I wasn't going to walk across the 18-wheeler parking lot just to grab my driver's license. If you happen to read this review next time, remember not to judge a book by its cover. Lastly, I would like to thank Jason, the store manager, for helping me out.

Left my keys inside running truck at the diesel pump island and I asked cashier to see if someone could explain how to use the kit opener they sell but instead I was helped by Gary and Nathan. They knew what they were doing and less than 20 minutes they unlocked my door, didn’t have to buy the tool kit and was sent on my way with grace. Beautiful humans Gary and Nathan. May they have happy shifts and good health. Cashier was a sweetheart too she initially tried to get me a hanger. I have been there a couple of times and always treated well and premises kept well.

Less than stellar in the cleanliness department.Mostly though the whole vibe , it’s lacking in any kind of real meaningful way to say “buy here relax here”.No place to sit after buying a coffee or breakfast burrito unless of course you go into another business like Arby’s .Also while you’re getting your 18.00 shower, you won’t be able to knock out a load of laundry at the same time….NO on site Laundry!!!Oh they will tell you that they have a intrest in the nearby hotel . You’re welcome to go there to second story and do your laundry. How convenient! Take your 18.00 plus show and put your old clothes on take your breakfast burrito and beat it !With Love ❤️ Only at Loves ??

Shout out to Jorie for great customer service. I had questions about Loves Rewards, she was super knowledgeable and helpful. Was going to use my credit card for a $4 purchase, she suggested checking my balance on my Rewards card, I had enough. I didn’t even think about using my Rewards. Great experience! Thank you!
