Truck Rental near Van, TX

“We've been here twice for UHaul drop off and they are super nice people.UHaul, on the other hand, watch out for. On my second trip, I knew we would be late because I put my back completely out and we had some two-man lifts to empty the truck. We called UHaul to note on our contract that we would be late and checked the contract - both said it would be $40 per extra day and we could return it at our leisure. When we got here, they charged us $55 per day. That's almost half again. We had to read the fine print to find out that a 'safety fee' was due every day. When we set up the contract they had just said it was a flat $75 for the trip's safety fee and the UHaul rep we called to extend our rental ignored it when we specifically asked them how much they would charge and told us $40 per day. Extremely rude of UHaul!I have to leave 5 stars though because the people that run this location are lovely.”
