“Impressive selection for a grocery store with some unique finds. Would give 5 stars but lately I've noticed some concerning turnover amongst the employees. One employee in particular comes to mind... I never knew his name but man the way he stocked the dairy fridge was something to behold. His long flowing hair and his black hoodie would always make my breath hitch. Once our hands brushed past each other while I was grabbing a half gallon of 2% and I will never forget that.”

“I put all my trust and confidence here.I can communicate with anyone there, and they have always resolved any obstacle that might come up.I won't go anywhere else if I don't have to.I've seen pharmacies where the customers always leave mad at the pharmacists, who just won't deal with problems that can be overcome.I've been a customer at a pharmacy where I was practically treated with contempt just because I walked in the door.Nobody spoke to me except to give me my total, nor did they appreciate my patronage.I feel comfortable and always welcome at Alvarado Pharmacy.I was so happy to move back to Alvarado, where my health and patronage in this store is valued.”

“After Brookshire's Pharmacy closed I have bounced around to several pharmacy’s in town. So happy to have found this one. Used it for the first time, today, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and nice. The place is really well kept and clean, too. So many of the Walgreens/CVS/Etc all seem so dingy these days. It’s nice to have an old-town pharmacy that takes pride in their business.”

“I have recently moved RX to Kroger. I have found the gentleman and Asian lady (hopefully it’s ok to say that) to be most helpful and respectful). I hate this but i am a rule follower. I don’t ask for meds before I am supposed to. Sometimes they will fil med a few days before 30 days and I am grateful because if they are out of a medicine sometimes it can take an extra 3 days. Every time I go in a pharmacy I am programmed to think, ok, this is when the ball is going to drop and I am going to have a problem. Not so with you in last 4 months. I say, they are excellent at their job and their work area always has an air of cleanliness. That is comforting knowing this is where my meds are processed.”

“Recently remodeled and I really liked it's layout. A lot more refrigeration holding a wide range of products. It is a viable alternative to going into town to an actual grocery store. While many prices seemed on par with other stores, both bread and milk were surprisingly more expensive. I bought a 20oz Cream Soda yesterday in a nearby store which was $2.00 while I could have bought 2 large Cans (16oz) of Coke for the same 2 dollars at Dollar General. Saving a dollar here and there makes a difference on my budget.”

“Since moving to Alvarado 2 years ago, I have dreaded doing business with the CVS Pharmacy. Customer Service and a sense of urgency to meet the customers need was totally lacking and wait times on the drive up was excruciating. Flippant attitudes were normal. BUT!!!!!!!!!!! I actually had the best day EVER at CVS Pharmacy today. My drive thru experience was only 7 minutes, my medicine and insurance was not messed up and best of all, Blanca served us in a friendly and professional manner. What a wonderful feeling that was!! Thank you Blanca and CVS, today you deserved the 4 star rating. Keep it up.”

“These bad reviews must be from when they had different pharmacists that no longer work there. The staff is always helpful and kind. It takes them literally minutes to fill a prescription typically. The fastest pharmacy in town by far. The pharmacist that is currently here (I think her name is Audrey perhaps?) She's helpful, professional and kind. If you're not having a good experience at this pharmacy, it's your own fault. ?”

“Walgreens is located on E Broad and off Miller, serving the community of Mansfield, TX, with pharmaceutical needs and prescriptions and many more items such as medicines for headaches, colds , and flu. I usually come here to pick up my prescriptions that are sent from my primary care doctor, and every time I have picked them up, I have had no issues. When you are picking up your prescriptions, the directions are easy to follow, such as telling the pharmacist some basic info about yourself and providing an ID. Please note that the staff is on a short lunch break from 1:30 - 2:00 pm so there will be no service provided. There are chairs inside the lobby where you can sit down in and wait, or you can always walk around the store and shop and pay at the pharmacy counter when you are issued your medication. Overall, the staff and team do a great job fulfilling your medical needs, and I have never waited long. Upon checking out, I am always asked if I have any questions about the medicine, and I find it great that they are fulfilling great service to the customer since they are the subject matter expert in field. They will even go over prices for each product to check and verify that you are content in paying the prices your insurance has set. Great job, and thank you for everything you're doing to keep the community healthy and happy.”
