“My friends had a surprise cookout for my bday last night and surprised me with this awesome German Chocolate cake. MY FAV and it was outta this world. Most places are dry and no taste and this one was everything I remember when my grandma made from scratch. It was Moist, yummy and perfect!”

“About a month ago, I was so sick and made the mistake of trying to get my prescription filled with Walgreens. I literally sat on the phone incredibly miserable for HOURS trying to get their pharmacy to pick up the phone just to confirm some details and get an eta on pick up, as the goal was to use a 3rd party to grab it for me, but no luck. I even had the doctor transfer it to another Walgreens, and had the same issue. And then I remembered HEB and their pharmacy, and had my prescription transferred there. I called as soon as I had confirmation it was sent over, and the most pleasant gentleman picked up on the second ring. A TRUE MIRACLE, LET ME TELL YA. I was honestly so weary from a long morning of just trying to get my prescription, that I literally dreaded having to tell this guy I was new to their pharmacy and needed to add my insurance, etc. But he was SO polite, quick and efficient. I almost cried! 😂 And then when he told me my prescription would be ready in a half hour, I wanted to name my first born after him! 😂😂😂 Needless to say, HEB is already the only store I go to for groceries, but it'll forever be mine and my husband's pharmacy as well! We love us some HEB!!! ❤❤❤”

“I called at 2:19 p.m. on September 21st, it was a sunday. The pharmacy worker that answered the call was incredibly polite, actually the most polite that I have ever dealt with from a pharmacy. It was delightful and unexpected, I wish that all pharmacy workers were like this. My questions were answered quickly, helpfully, and I was able to buy the product that I needed and have it shipped to my house today. I feel like if I would have called any other pharmacy I wouldn't have gotten this experience. I am very thankful.”

“Finally done with my blood transfusion ? and I just want to say this infusion center was amazing. I was nervous going in, but the staff made me feel so comfortable right away. They explained everything, kept checking on me, and made sure I was okay the whole time.
The nurses were so kind and gentle, and you can tell they actually care about their patients. The place was clean and organized, which made me feel even better about being there.
If you ever need infusions or a transfusion, I definitely recommend them. They made a stressful day a whole lot easier for me.”

“I have recently moved RX to Kroger. I have found the gentleman and Asian lady (hopefully it’s ok to say that) to be most helpful and respectful). I hate this but i am a rule follower. I don’t ask for meds before I am supposed to. Sometimes they will fil med a few days before 30 days and I am grateful because if they are out of a medicine sometimes it can take an extra 3 days. Every time I go in a pharmacy I am programmed to think, ok, this is when the ball is going to drop and I am going to have a problem. Not so with you in last 4 months. I say, they are excellent at their job and their work area always has an air of cleanliness. That is comforting knowing this is where my meds are processed.”
“Walgreens is located on E Broad and off Miller, serving the community of Mansfield, TX, with pharmaceutical needs and prescriptions and many more items such as medicines for headaches, colds , and flu. I usually come here to pick up my prescriptions that are sent from my primary care doctor, and every time I have picked them up, I have had no issues. When you are picking up your prescriptions, the directions are easy to follow, such as telling the pharmacist some basic info about yourself and providing an ID. Please note that the staff is on a short lunch break from 1:30 - 2:00 pm so there will be no service provided. There are chairs inside the lobby where you can sit down in and wait, or you can always walk around the store and shop and pay at the pharmacy counter when you are issued your medication. Overall, the staff and team do a great job fulfilling your medical needs, and I have never waited long. Upon checking out, I am always asked if I have any questions about the medicine, and I find it great that they are fulfilling great service to the customer since they are the subject matter expert in field. They will even go over prices for each product to check and verify that you are content in paying the prices your insurance has set. Great job, and thank you for everything you're doing to keep the community healthy and happy.”

“These bad reviews must be from when they had different pharmacists that no longer work there. The staff is always helpful and kind. It takes them literally minutes to fill a prescription typically. The fastest pharmacy in town by far. The pharmacist that is currently here (I think her name is Audrey perhaps?) She's helpful, professional and kind. If you're not having a good experience at this pharmacy, it's your own fault. ?”
“I may be too friendly, but I like places where I go and people remember you. At this CVS the manager and everyone are so helpful and friendly, that I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I get my meds somewhere else (stupid insurance), but the other store will never get my business.”

“Recently remodeled and I really liked it's layout. A lot more refrigeration holding a wide range of products. It is a viable alternative to going into town to an actual grocery store. While many prices seemed on par with other stores, both bread and milk were surprisingly more expensive. I bought a 20oz Cream Soda yesterday in a nearby store which was $2.00 while I could have bought 2 large Cans (16oz) of Coke for the same 2 dollars at Dollar General. Saving a dollar here and there makes a difference on my budget.”

“It’s great to see Venus continuing to grow, and having our first pharmacy is a big win for the community. Many of us usually have to travel to Midlothian or Alvarado for prescriptions, and the service there (especially at CVS in Midlothian) can sometimes be frustrating. Venus Drugs was a completely different experience.
I first called to ask if they accepted my insurance. They answered the phone quickly, were very friendly, and confirmed right away that they did. Later that day, my urgent care in Midlothian sent my prescriptions to Venus Drugs. Before I even finished my short drive back to Venus after stopping to get Starbucks, they called to let me know my prescriptions were already ready for pickup.
When I arrived, I was greeted politely and helped right away. The pharmacist took the time to explain one of my prescriptions and even showed me what the 6.25 dose looks like on the syringe, which I really appreciated.
Overall, the service was fast, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend Venus Drugs to anyone in the area! The pharmacist and pharmacy technician were AMAZING!”
