“Last night I was driving from the DFW area, where I live, to western Oklahoma, where I’m from. Somewhere west of Wichita Falls, the lights on my vehicle began to flicker and the needle on my battery gauge began to behave erratically. I was able to limp along 20 miles or so to Vernon, which is where the closest motel was.
I woke up late this morning and went to this O’Reilly’s, expecting to buy a new alternator and then go to Walmart to buy a cheap socket set to replace it.
Well, it turns out that I’d bought the previous alternator at the Elk City O’Reilly’s in March, 2016. Ten years, one month, and at least 140,000 miles later, they honored their warranty and gave me a replacement for free. This particular O’Reilly’s also had a box of basic tools that they let me borrow from to replace it in their parking lot.
What an awesome company and store! I’ll never go to AutoZone again.”
“Used Auto Detailing service. Rated the service a 3 after getting car back due to a bad smell in the car. It didn’t go away after a few days so I took it back in and advised Albert of th problem. He immediately got into car and found what was causing the smell. He had me bring the car back in and they spent a lot of time redoing the interior and replaced the cabin filter all at no additional cost to me. When they delivered the car back to me it was odor free and smelled like a new car. Would recommend their service to everyone.”
“My daughter got her oil changed at Walmart in Hobbs, NM and drove home. We noticed a large pool of oil in the driveway. We took her car back to Walmart and Brandi and the department manager, Brad were so helpful. Turned out to be a loose plug. They had us on the road in no time.”

“I had my car's suspension repaired at this service center. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are customer-focused. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a good price.
The boss here is very good, as is the person who took my order. A special thank you to the mechanic for the gift and for explaining everything about the repair to me and being so friendly.
